The guys were very fast in getting my oil changed. They also brought the need for replacement filters to my attention and also let me know there was a recall on one of my parts and they took care of replacing the recalled parts. Very efficient and quick.

I have had my car up here for 3 weeks for a recall issue it is still there. The general manager has yet to call me and I have requested 3 times to speak to him for some reason he is never in his office. It is poor business and I will never buy another viehicle from his dealership. Their service department sucks. Come to find out we need have another recall on our vehicle this is the 3rd one and they dont even have the second one done.

Mike Smith Kia is awesome and Jesse is God sent. I recently contact them regarding parts needed for vehicle repairs I was having done by a friend. In discussing the issues I was having, Jesse asked me if I could stop by and they would do a courtesy inspection to see if they could possibly assist with my steering problem. I did so and come to find out the steering problem could be repaired immediately by them and free of charge as it had been a recall. They repaired this within 30 minutes and in addition gave me a fee oil charge card.I purchased my 2012 Kia Optima Turbo from Larry Stovesand Buick GMC on June 4th, 2018 and within 29 days it needed this steering problem repaired plus new brakes, rotors, pads, etc. They wanted approximately $1,500.00 to make these repairs as according to them the warranty didnt cover them. I I cant express how upsetting this has been and then to find out that the steering problem was correctable at no charge from Mike Smith Kia was awesome and unbelievable. Again, Jesse is just one of the most respectable men I have ever met.I forgot to tell you about the key for my locked lug nuts but you can figure out that was another unbelievable issue to deal with regarding Larry Stovesands.After all I have went through with Larry Stovesand Buick GMC, to say the least, a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau.A am amazed that Mike Smith Kia was so willing to check the steering problem out and for it to be covered by the extended warranty helped me in not having to be out $1,284.00.I will contact Jesse at Mike Smith Kia for everything that needs to be done on my Optima now and in the future. As I stated before, he is God sent.

The Staff at Mike Smith Autos are so helpful and kind. When I get my first new Car Ill be buying it from them.
