We purchased a new mobile home from FAMILY DREAM HOMES in Paducah, KY in April, 2021.I am 68 years old and I have never had the level of service like I had with David at FAMILY DREAM HOMES in Paducah.We have all gotten good service during the sale. We usually get mediocre to poor service after the sale.What sets Family Dream Homes apart was the service after the sale. David at FAMILY DREAM HOMES gave us multiple and detailed follow up phone calls with informative updates on the progress of getting our mobile home ready to move in. David would call us before we had the chance to call him for updates. David would do whatever he could to expedite the process. David’s service was over the top. I never would have expected that level of service after the sale.How many times do you leave messages at companies that are not returned? That does not happen at FAMILY DREAM HOMES. FAMILY DREAM HOMES of Paducah answers the phone every time with a real person.I usually never do Google reviews but in this case David, at FAMILY DREAM HOMES definitely earned the time it took for me to do this Google review.FAMILY DREAM HOMES of Paducah is here to stay because the word will continue to spread about their high level of service from start to finish.Very Happy Customer,Richard Bland

Nice homes but the prices are astronomical.

Didnt have a good experience there! They let us look at trailers for 2 hours only to give overinflated prices at the end and didnt even begin to help with anything regarding how much we could spend, just wrote down their prices for what was on the lot and have a nice day without the have a nice day part.

So Ive been in the market for a new home, and Ive visited plenty of places that have nice homes, but the service at Kentucky Dream Homes has been AWESOME. Ive worked with several people, all who have been pleasant, but one person has went above and beyond. Eric has went out of his way to meet my every need. I started my search for the perfect double wide about 6 months ago. I went to every mobile home dealer within 150 miles. I wasn’t the easiest to please and I’ll be the first to admit it. I knew what I wanted in my home and I wasn’t going to settle for anything less. I found Eric at Kentucky Dream Homes in Paducah and I never went to another mobile home dealer after that. He was so patient with me, spent countless hours going over floor plans, and even scheduled a tour of the plant so I could get a better idea of all my options to customize my home exactly the way I wanted. He answered all of my questions within atleast 5 minutes day or night. Top notch service in my book. He is the perfect salesman. Went here 1/9/20 and was met by a man who immediately argued with me about what I was looking for. After he decided he won the argument he handed me a map of homes available and told me to have a look through them. I went in the 1st couple of models and there was another couple who had a salesperson with them walking through and answering questions.. Turns out all the homes were locked and unavailable to view without a salesperson. Not sure how they stay in business when they treat their customers like trailer trash.
