I had reserved an auto transport approximately 5 days in advance.. received confirmation number.. trailer would be ready at 9:30 am. When I arrived I was told one hadnt come back and another was broken. I asked why I was not informed as I had to drive across town. Was told the broken trailer literally just came to their attention/ or had just arrived. When someone uses the term literally my b.s. detector goes off.Anyway had to go to Lone Oak to finally get a trailer. Wonderful and helpful folks so, go there dont go to one on Irvin Cobb.
This place is awesome with Customer Service! Quick and efficient service and went out of their way to help us with trailer lights in the heat of the day! They got us fixed up and on our way! Thank you so much for going the extra mile for us.........
This is one of the best places to get propane refill. They only charged for what you get unlike a lot of people. Tons of boxes and all the supplies you will need. All the employees has always been nice

I wish I could rate less than 1 star!!I had NUMEROUS problems with the accessibility of my unit when specifically being told at the time of rental that I would have 24/7 access. My belongings remained double locked for security reasons in a paid, well lit, properly locked unit with security surveillance although this policy was never explained to me nor was there any information in my contract that states that my belongings would not remain freely accesible ????? After making an extremely costly trip over four hours to find my belongings inaccessible I reported the issue to management, never receiving any response. When I planned to vacate I contacted the location to explain I would be traveling to the area with a rental truck and needed access I was assured that the second lock would be left on the unit dummied in the unlocked position until I vacated. After renting the truck and making the trip I again found that I had no access. After contacting after hours customer service I was informed that there was nothing that could be done until the following day, causing me to incur several hundred dollars worth of expenses including additional truck rental, hotel accommodations, gas and incidental expenses as we were not prepared to stay in the area. Both the customer service agent who took my complaint and the customer service representative who was working when I returned the following day assured me I would be contacted promptly by someone who could further investigate the matter. Two weeks later I have not received a call, email NOTHING. Absolutely atrocious customer service, immoral, illegal, and (to be frank) foolish business practices!! NEVER AGAIN will I deal with Uhaul outside of a courtroom!!
This use to be one of my best stops on my propane route when they had different staff i guess.I am use to getting i and out, so that i can complete my jobs. Im here today by myself for about 20 minutes until another customer pulls up. No staff in sight! Second customer pulls up and walks around the entire facility thinking someone is in the back while im in the store yelling. Still no one in sight! Everything is open and unlocked from the inside desk, to the storage gate, and to the propane tank. I call customer service the first time and they send messages and say that 2 people are on staff there. I wait and call a second time, maybe 10 minutes later and they are trying to contact someone here. By now, its 4 customers here and someone finally shows up from the back. The 1st customer tells me that they told him that i was here first and they dont feel right going in front of me and said the representative ignored him. I got here a little before 310pm and i am still here now. Its 434pm He waited on all the other customers before he came to me. Even after calling corporate, it still took them another 10 minutes to come out. I have filed a complaint and i am sending this to corporate. The staff members name is Ishmael HartOne last thing..When i called customer service center twice i was told that 2 people were on staff. The manager and Ishmael. I NEVER SAW THE MANAGER, HE NEVER CAME OUT TO HELP THIS MAN. Even once he finally started to work with me, the lobby filled up again with customers. What is really going on??
I spoke with a rep. in Paducah, KY and asked for a 300 mile cap for my rental. The system gave me a 259 mile cap and as a result I went over on mileage. I was under the impression that my limit would be 300 and was charged more for still being under the limit I asked for. Not a great way of doing business.
This U-Haul ROCKS!!! The Manager is excellent and the storage is super clean. Staff here is top notch. They always have the truck or trailer that I need. Thanks U-Haul!!!
STAY AWAY, unless you want your vehicle damaged and insurance claim denied. The employee did not connect the trailer properly and it disconnected and slammed into my vehicle causing significant damage. When questioned by their insurance company the employee lied about checking the trailer connection and their insurance in now denying the claim. Employees word vs mine no matter how much proof I have. Of course he is going to say whatever it takes to keep his job. Will not be doing business with U-Haul again, especially this location.

Do not go here!! Poisonous spiders in facility will get into your storage units and rude customer service dont care. Poisonous spiders laid eggs all inside our furniture we stored in their moving pods at their location manager didnt care was to busy on vacation to even take a call so we talked to numerous people and finally was told to just fill out an insurance claim because we had paid extra for the insurance.We did every single thing they asked for proof and paperwork yet they refused to do insurance claim because bugs that came from their facility werent covered by insurance . So all my mattresses, suede sofas, electronics, and even some of my childrens toys that couldnt be saved we were just told to get over it. Complete b.s

These morons double charged us for our rental. My dad put up his debit card (doesnt have a credit card) to rent the truck until I got there to help him out. When we took the truck back, I paid for it with my credit card.They ran it and billed my credit card. They today they ran his debit card and double charged us causing his checking account to overdraft.I know its probably not the easiest job in the world, but Im not sure Id trust these guys to flip my burgers.
Purchased various uhaul products while packing up our house. Uhaul rep told us a big plus with buying uhaul products is that they could be returned/exchanged at any uhaul store should we buy too many or have the wrong item. Closest uhaul dealer to us is about 15 miles away. Among the many things we bought were mattress covers for a twin bed mattress set, a full bed mattress set, and a queen bed mattress set. While moving the full set, we realized the type we bought was not sturdy enough. We kept the twin and full bed sets because we had already opened them. We took the unopened queen covers to this dealer (55 miles away) to exchange for a sturdier cover since our local dealer did not have any others and advised us to try a bigger uhaul store. The manager there would not exchange them because he said he did not carry the product we were exchanging unless we had the receipt which we did not have. I saw on there shelf the same product, however it had one less letter. All other packaging appeared to be the same. I am disappointed in uhaul. They advertise you can return items at any store, but fail to tell you a receipt is required. I called customer service before we began our 55 mile return trip to express my concerns. I explained the situation. She had me to hold while she called the store. She came back on the line and told me the same thing the gentlemen did at the store which was what I told her to begin with. Guess she thought if I heard it twice I would like it better. As previously stated, I am very disappointed in uhaul and wish I had not bought any of their products. We used their supplies exclusively to pack up our house, and this one item, the only one we wanted to exchange, could not be resolved. Sad.

If you get the storage bins they make you buy their lock, and they put a 2nd lock on it so you cant get to your stuff unless you ask them
