We broke down on the 127 on a Friday night with no cell service! We were towed to Saitta Trudeau Dodge in Pahrump not knowing what the problem was or if they could even help us. First thing in the morning we spoke to Dominic Trudeau the Service Manager and he assured us he would do whatever he could to help. When Mike Bond, the Mechanic showed up he jumped on it right away and was able to solve the issue within a few hours and we were on our way in the early afternoon. They were so helpful and so detailed oriented and really helped us get back on the road. We were 250 miles from home towing a 5th wheel not knowing what we were going to do and they solved the issue and were so helpful we could not thank them enough!!!! GREAT GUYS! GREAT SERVICE !!!!!!! They were even able to point out that the problem occurred because of a previous service error on the transmission with documentation so that when we got home we submitted to the transmission shop that made the error and they reimbursed us for the cost of what we paid in Pahrump.

We came to look at a used vehicle for our daughter after having a horrible experience at that other dealer the week prior. From the moment we stepped on the lot and discussed our needs with Keith, we were treated VERY well (even though we were buying used).Keith was HONEST, professional, and went above and beyond in getting us into the vehicle we ended up purchasing.The radio had been damaged or something, so we needed to bring it back later in the week when a new one came in. There was also an issue with the blower motor - which they promptly replaced as well. Zach in the service department was AMAZING as well.Superb service - treated like family. Have purchased several more trucks and vehicles since I last gave a review of this dealership 3 years ago. Matt, Don, Sean, Chuck, Keith as well as others have always given me top notch service. I operate an HVAC business and these guys know I cannot always stay along time to seal a deal. On one occasion, I walked in needing another vehicle, but was very limited on time. Told Matt what I wanted, gave him all my information and had me approved by a reputable lender inside of an hour and vehicle delivered to my place of business. Ignore any negative comments you see here by others, as most of the negative reviews are without merit, based on misinformation, or some lacking a basic knowledge on how a business operates.

We did all of the negotiating over the phone and got a very fair deal on our trade in along with a considerable discount due to Memorial Day discounts.We drove to Pahrump from the Central Valley, CA about 400 miles one way and had a great experience. John Mitchell had us through the paperwork process in less than an hour and gave us a great run down of the vehicle by explaining all the options.The finance crew wasnt pushy at all and we were in and out with my wifes dream car in under two hours in a very fair deal. I usually dread going to the dealership, but I will say these guys did it right.An 800 mile round trip was well worth it as they did it right. Hats off to you John, you treated us right!

The used vehicle was over priced, the bank wouldnt even issue a loan for the amount they were asking (higher than the vehicles worth). Never called back to notify me of this, kept being told they were waiting on other lenders. Escalated to the manager, then to owner. No apologies or offers to keep my business. Purchased a 2020, brand new vehicle, from Chapman instead. Customer & referral lost.*Don Trudeau- You should know the saying about making assumptions. This situation you explained is not my experience. Wrong person. I do not & did not need a co-buyer. You were very unhelpful at the time & never offered a resolution to keep my business nor an apology. It didnt seem valued much at all. My guy took our NEW Jeep Renagade to these guys and they cant seem to get this fixed UGH, then Zac gets rude with both of us on the phone and tells us he cant get the part for two weeks!!!! With all the Jeep dealers in a 50 Mile radius that cant be done ??? This is the SECOND time we had our Jeep there and the customer service is the rudest I have ever experienced. We are appalled at the customer service of this dealer!!!

Best car buying experience ever. We inquired online about a used car on the lot for my wife to commute in and received an immediate call back from John Mitchell. When I went in to see John he wasnt immediately available so I was introduced to Mike Garafola and was told he would answer all our questions and concerns. We ended up leaving the dealership with a 2012 Volkswagon Passat and a Ram 2500. Everyone at the dealership was straightforward and answered any questions we had. I even went back the next day to inquire about a rebate I thought I should of received and the sales manager did not take offense and took the time to pull our file back out and go over the deal with me and in fact showed me where he did apply the rebate to our downpayment.

Bought two cars on the same day with a young, new salesman-Josh- if not for him we might not have made these purchases! A little miscommunication on one of the deals, but manager corrected the situation.

This dealership is dishonest and feels it is ok to mislead someone and then keep their money. They kept 1000 dollars from a 74 year old retired woman and they gave her false information and she did not want to buy a car from them. dishonest business. stay clear. the response this dealership gave is all false they gave false bank information for a bank that was not in business and then they want people to think that they are a honest business. to all watch out they will steal your money if given the chance. I tried to pay with a bank draft and they would only accept a wire transfer which my mother was told by her bank is the most unsecure way to sent money and they advised against doing that. Like to old saying goes how do you know if a car dealer is lying to you his lips are moving.

Stopped in to get a paint match for my vehicle and they had it on hand however they advised me not to buy it due to how old my vehicle was versus how the paint from them would look if applied.If I had went anywhere else, I’m pretty sure they would have sold it to me for the extra cash.This was not the case here. Service department was up front and honest and that’s what I appreciate the most.Thank you guys!!

I needed an estimate for my Dodge so I went to the parts counter and talked to Jeff. This is a guy who has NO customer service skills. He wanted the vin # on my truck I gave it to him he then wrote down on a piece of scratch paper the cost. He said he couldnt give me a part number the company doesnt allow it. This is my second time at the dealership and both times it was a bad experience. Ive bought 2 cars here and I will never go here again. How do you show this estimate to an insurance company. This place is a joke take the time and go to Vegas!

I saw a Chevy Tahoe 4WD on the website and called to ask about it and talked to Matt Eaton. He was very helpful over the phone and I wanted to see it so my son and I drove my Chevy Tahoe without air conditioning to Saitta Trudeau Chrysler Jeep Dodge car lot to see it. The SUV was in good shape and at a good price. Matt and all of the staff were very helpful. I didnt plan on buying it that day but I really like the SUV and Matts price was too good to pass up, so I decided to buy it. Matt was kind enough to drive the SUV to a local casino the next day for me to sign paperwork and drive it home. I would definitely buy another car from Matt! Great dealership. Bought a new Gladiator here a couple of months ago. Did a custom build. The experience before, during and after delivery has been good. There were a couple of minor issues and questions but those were not the dealerships fault, it was all on the manufacturing side. The dealership has been very good with communication and getting things resolved. I would refer anyone to them.

I knew Tom Saitta for many years when I work security for one of his other dealerships in Las Vegas, this particular dealership managers are very nice and treat you with respect,during my last visit a couple days ago, it was for the sale to see what kind of cars they had for sale, being on a fixed income they only had a couple of cars at my price point but at least they tried and I might find a vehicle there.but their selection of new vehicles including trucks, Jeeps, challengers plus they can get whatever you want to order is fantastic.who knows maybe my loyalty will switch to this place after the fiasco I had at the last dealership I dealt with. 🤔

Horrible service center. They will charge you for issues that they have not fixed. They will not fix the issue if it’s an expensive warranty repair. Proceed with caution. Wish I could give them 0 stars.*** You can save the lies. The rattle from the rear end is still present. The check engine light is back on for the same underboost issue. And the trailer brake message is still current even though you say you fixed these. I could care less how much money I have to spend if the work is being done. You can save that BS. You guys fixed NOTHING. My truck is literally right back in the shop. ***
