Very disappointed in the service I received today. I shop here very often and have teen age girls that change their hair every other week. Theyre store was closed for several weeks due to Ac being down, durring that time i had $30 in credits expire, the lady told me today i could have went online or i can apply for a credit card. Well hello pravana, sephora, ulta and many online beaty options and good bye Sallys. Thank you for saving me more time to send anywhere but at Sallys!!

Place was OK.. But i don’t know if it was the manager or an employee but they weren’t wearing any masks. The customers were all wearing them but the workers there were not.

The worse Sallys ever the store in Pahrump Nevada doesnt carry any black hair care products...the products in that store you can buy @ Walmart...no braiding hair..no hair Greece ....no perm repair...no hair weaving products...no braid gel...no hair Greece...no different hair colors for braiding...no nothing for straightening your hair...the people that work there isnt knowledgeable at all on any of these things I just mentioned....it was a waste of my time and your time for putting it out here with the same products you can buy @ any store here...you dont have ponytails nothing IM NEVER EVER GONNA SHOP THERE NOR ANY OTHER WOMAN OF COLOR damn shame so I order my products online from eBay
