Set up an appointment with Art, 3 weeks in advance for some stretching and repairs in our new house. They were supposed be there at 9:30am. Called Art at 11am and he said he would call his technician and he never called back. Called back at 12:30pm told him we were waiting for him so we could move our furniture in he said he still couldnt get shops of his technician, told him I needed to hear back from him or we would find someone else. He said go ahead and hung up. Very unprofessional and poor service.

Went to Home Depot. Better customer service.
