My husband and I went to the store to transfer our services. I won’t lie, I was dreading the process, but everything went smoothly. Spencer, the employee taking care of us, was fantastic. He was polite, professional, and prompt. I recommend going to this location, specifically, to sign up for services.

Employees here are horrible,They cant get a security question set up right. After leaving the store i called support and got the problem resolved quickly. They need to train their in store employees better. Or is it a pahrump people issue?

Got a phone in vegas that turned out to be broken and when i went to the pahrump cricket store i was told that they are not the same business and tjere was nothing they could do to help me. All they share is the name but they are different businesses.

Kalyn was very helpful with my problem phone. Been a Cricket Wireless customer for 6 yrs and only 2nd time I had to get a replacement for my phone. All the people who works at Pahrump Cricket are very knowledgeable on problems and their phones and accessories for the phone.

The girl was really sweet and super helpful but the guy couldnt seem to get off his phone long enough to answer my husband question while the girl was helping me. I thought that we rude. But she was so sweet. I will definitely recommend this service.

It was wonderful. Got a $100 phone for $29 only $30 a month got to keep my number in and out piece of cake. Alan was Great and no contract. Love my phone too!!!!

I had boost mobile after a year I couldnt get any calls nothing boost told to get a new phone so I did with cricket. Jared and Wanda very helpful in fact I want my daughter to move from virgin mobile to cricket.

Worst. Service. Ever.Horrible customer service and spotty cell service. I had the girl tell me they couldnt sell me a phone, prior to that, adding a line, I got screamed at over the customer in front of me and I had to call cricket worldwide... ask for Alphonso if you gotta call worldwide. I needed to send my phone back and have a new one mailed to my house. I was on the phone with customer service for at least 30 minutes just to give my credit card info and mailing address. Something that should have taken 5min. Very slow customer service.
