Had a great experience there. with all the remodeling going on, the staff is very helpful finding the items I needed. very friendly staff.

Your average Walmart. Currently remodeling. Customer service needs some improvement. Employees avoid eye contact and walk away quickly when u are trying to get help. The cashiers ate a bright spot though. I would also like to say that the produce department is AMAZING. Everything is neat and clean. I rarely find any major spoilage or bruising on produce.

Have no idea why they would remodel this store. The town has grown to big for this walmart to handle. Tear it down and build a bigger one so the shelves arent empty all the time!

Its a Walmart, lots of product at decent prices. However the shelves are rarely stocked and the organization of the store definitely leaves something to be desired. Customer Service is ok at best but again hey its Walmart.

Took literally 12 hrs to get am rx filled. Given i am from out of state I understand but they were adequately staffed and gave me the run around left me hanging... you name it. Never reciprocated with me as to what extra Info they needed they just said I was good then left me to wait for nothing. The technician in training, jade, was a cutie :3. Only upside. I did finally get my prescriptions after a that time however.

Average Walmart. The employees are nice enough, but the store is frequently out of stock of a lot of items. I do like that its not as busy as the Walmarts I used to visit in Vegas and its fairly clean.

This is a good Walmart, with hardworking employees who care to make sure your order is correct every-time. They are out in the 120 degree heat, making sure you have the supplies you need to be comfortable at home. During a pandemic. I think we should all be a little more grateful to those who are busting their backs at minimum wage, for our benefit.Try out their pick-up service, especially before camping in Death Valley.Customers need to check inventory online, before putting a bad review down for products clearly listed as unavailable. Its your responsibility to check inventory online before you visit, if you really need the merchandise that bad.100% recommended for Walmart groceries over any other locations.

Everybody is always very nice. Unfortunately, they are out of so many things constantly. This is what happens when we depend on foreign countries to ship us our goods! Bring back made in the USA!

It was a nightmare trying to buy a porch swing!! We finally got someone to bring it to the front for us. We told them we had other shopping to do. By the time we got there they had taken it back. Supposedly they were sending someone to bring it back for us. We waited about 20 minutes they never did we finally went back and hand carried it by ourselves all the way back to the front and out to the truck. All of the patio pillows we were interested in were covered in bird poop. We also, observed what looks like maybe staffs drinks in the soda cooler and mold covered shelves!!! Highly disgusted and will be shopping elsewhere!!

Well,really its not quite the Walmart that we all know because of the remodeling and its not bad now, but you can tell it is coming along fine.

Its a Walmart! I was a bit surprised when we asked for a product that they just pointed in a direction instead of walking is over & actually finding said item. They are in the process of remodeling at the moment so you may have to do some searching to find what you want.

It’s Walmart...completely disorganized, employees are barely motivated enough to show up, forget about actually working. Basically the same at all locations across the us.

Smaller than normal store. Really low inventory in the grocery section. Overall store looks pretty beat up.

One friendly and helpful employee. She helped me in jewelry and usually works in arts and crafts. I asked someone else for help. His reply was over there in one of those aisles. And he pointed.

Henry in the deli is absolutely the worst person to have wait on you! He needs definite help with his customer service skills. Ill be avoiding the deli as much as possible and go to Albertsons

Totally enjoy ordering groceries and more online, simply picking up at a time thats convenient for us, such a time-saver. Employees are super nice and load everything so gently. Very pleased!

Nice store but has a electronics section that has little to no interest in actually selling products. If you dare bother them they just answer they dont know. Never a offer to help. Perhaps if carts like those at big box construction stores would be of help. As it is there is no way to get a large TV to the registers

The building is a mess cant find anything and people are lined up 10 deep to check out. It was not a pleasing experience

I went to the garden section to look for soil for my succulent and Sherry helped me. She was extremely helpful and gave me some useful tips; including recommended brands to purchase in the future! I was very impressed with her friendliness and customer service. I will be returning to the garden section in the future!

This walmart is ran horribly. Shouldnt advertise things and say theyre in stock online. I went to buy something that was supposedly in stock and it was not. Management or whoever is most likely garbage and doesnt know how to do inventory or order products correctly.

The grocery pick up is sooooo handy! My ONLY complaint is I cant trust the shoppers to pick out fresh un bruised produce.And please dont substitute smaller bottles of sodas for the same price unless you double the order.Its a real pain to have to store twice as much, but if I order larger & you dont have them, I shouldnt be shorted in total oz.Thanks

Took you 6 months and a massive storm that blew them everywhere, but you finally did it. Which is the only reason I am giving you 3 stars. Still have to go shop in Las Vegas for most items I need, but at least you have the basics.

I shop here only when I have to and try to avoid it at all costs. Besides the issues of any Walmart, I discovered this last trip that all the self-checkouts no longer take cash and will no longer take cash in the future because its hard to get change at the bank. It no longer informs you on the self check out screen before you start scanning your items so I had to have my transaction suspended and was walked to customer service to pay. They had 1 full service lane open for cash customers and the line was at least 10 ppl deep. Now I know why Smiths has been so busy.

Since we live in Pahrump we do not have much of a variety of stores to go to. So Walmart takes advantage of not carrying half the products they should be and again I tried to get milk fat free and its never stocked up and other people were standing there trying to get milk and quarter a quart a half pint and what they wanted wasnt set up either. Sometimes you have to just go to Vegas to get what you need they need to supply the store better

Employees are not friendly. They seem bothered if you ask them for information or help. They forget that without consumers shopping in their store...they would not have a job. If they are that unhappy working for Walmart they need to get a job elsewhere..Someone who needs to work would gladly take their place!

Needed a product from the Automotive section that they carried but appeared to be out of stock. Since the tire center was already closed, I went to the Electronics section and asked the woman working there if she could call somebody over to the Automotive section to help me. She said that she would.I waited 15 minutes for somebody to come help me and since nobody ever showed up, I decided to leave. As I was walking out of the Automotive section, I looked over to Electronics and noticed three employees just standing around talking, (of course one of then was the woman who said she would get somebody to help me).Irritated, I went to Home Depot and found what I needed, along with excellent customer service.

It was a quick and easy store trip, and the employees were friendly...

This Walmart is going through a remodel....so needless to say, the store is a disaster area.Very disorganized but it should get better with time.Also, this location services about 45 to 50 thousand people, it NEEDS to be bigger. I was in Wisconsin Rapids, WI and that one services about the same number of people, but it is at least 25% larger than Pahrump store.

Walmart is always a treat of affordable indulgence. You go in for one thing, and come out with a few things with no dents to the bank. You cant beat that.

Staff always has good vibes, place is clean and very well stocked, they have face masks at the entrance for those who forget their own and that is the most considerate thing Ive seen lately. No other place Ive been bothers to do that. Well done WalMart, I appreciate YOU.

I ordered a tire online and scheduled for a 8 am appointment ( tire was in stock at store) I showed up at 7:30 and was told my appointment was canceled. I went home got the run around from site to store. Called store and they said come back. I went to store and was told it would be 1.5 hours for tire and 1.5 hours for my oil change. I complained that this is insane and that I had a 8 am appointment. I spoke with manager and she said they would get me in and out ASAP. It has now been 3 hours and they just finished my tire and I am second in line for my oil change. This is so very unacceptable and very poor customer service. The mechanics and agents were very nice but service is rediculous. They also don’t even have a place to sit and wait. If your gonna have your customer wait 4 hours for 1 tire change and a oil change you should at least have a chair for them to sit on. They didn’t even offer some compensation for the hassle they gave me. Piss poor.

They need more deliveries . 2 does not work . The frozen fruit is ALWAYS lacking if not empty . There are shelves you can climb in to sleep . Cant shop Sat, Sun, Mon or Tues without needing something they dont have .

Everything is overcrowded due to lack of space. They never seem to have what I need because its always out of stock. I appreciate the fact that they are there, but they ignore my application and the staff are fairly unfriendly often times just pointing you in the direction of a department instead of showing you where items are. As a former supervisor for another WalMart this is terrible service. The cashier will ignore requests involving less bags to be used and will often understuff bags. The younger staff are fairly friendly but sometimes ask for you to hang out outside of the shopping experience. I give 2 stars because I am not impressed with how this WalMart is run. Get a better staff(if thats even possible out here) and Ill consider more stars.

Gave four stars cause their ice freezers are out of order and have been for close to a week now.

This place is a mess. Employees are rude, one human register open and lines down the store so they force you to use the self check out which by the way were only half working and to add to that, you cant pay with cash.

Crowded most days we go, but not a terrible experience. The cashiers are nice, the eyecare staff are very helpful and even helped with our masks fogging up our glasses! The pharmacists are helpful and friendly. The people busy stocking will help you with whatever you need. They have a variety of merchandise, but sometimes are lacking stock. Overall good experience.

I went for dog food and water. They moved the dog food again and the water was moved and was not marked with a price.

Went as emergency for my cat. Friendly staff, informative Vets. Helpful all the way around. Followed up visit with phone call & results if all tests & X-rays done. Gave advice to keep cat safe & healthy going forward.

I have just seen the sickening video on Social media About the pharmacist refusing to take American money For his prescriptions. This man is a senior citizen and should be treated with respect. I hope this is not the true colours of Walmart. As this treatment to a customer is absolutely unacceptable.

This is my go to store for many reasons. Over the years the staff has changed. It has had its fair share of not so nice ones but the ones there right now are nice & they know how to greet you or help you out. Most of them know how and where the store items are which is an amazing thing because sometimes other locations don’t have any knowledge of that. But in Pahrump the experiences have never gone left. So glad for all of them, going on the 3rd decade of going there and no matter the distance it’s always great to see everyone grow! Thank you especially for your every day low prices!

Finding it more and more difficult to find items that were stocked before. Mostly for the cat food that my cat likes and her litter. The dog treats seem to be a hit and miss. Almost thinking about going into Vegas to do my shopping.
