They gave me a mask but did not tell me about the 1 dollar charge for it. The prices are way too high here for flower. The flower I got has SEEDS in it.1 star because there is no zero star option.

Ill never stop here again. Its been like 4 years and your still cash only. Pathetic. Made me stand in line 2x because I had to use the ATM with a 4 dollar fee. Then when I looked at the receipt what I had picked from their menu at 51 was at 76 after taxes. Pretty sure the tax isnt 50%. When I asked about this, the dude got upset and said he gave me only what he had.

It really sucks that The Grove is the only dispensary in Pahrump. The service here is absolutely horrific. If you’re looking for help with products, good luck. If you want quality product, good luck. I’ve been here 5 times and every time was more awful than before. I will spend the 30 minutes and drive to DVJ or the hour drive to Vegas to get any cannabis products. Don’t waste your time here or your money. Not worth it AT ALL.

Took a little long for them to bring out my order but they had change for my payment so I didnt have to wait for that part. Not a bad place. Im kinda put off with their focus on safety regarding the coronavirus and this goes with pretty much every other place too so spiky milk.

I’m actually pretty impressed with the grove Pahrump location. Cool store with TONS of concentrates on hand at any given moment. Their prices range from not cheap to pretty dang expensive but hey, that’s what happens. Be happy Pahrump got a dispensary at all. That being said there are some things that should be improved, like the Veterans discount should be applied on every non discounted item no matter the total of the order. I was denied my discount because I didn’t hit $50. My total was $49 and change.

We went here because DVJ was closed but worth the drive to DVJ for a $40oz. We paid 18 for a pre roll here at the grove that wasnt even full and its powder so the paper runs like crazy. Yall need to think about the customer price gouging closes businesses, we dont care about the pretty packaging we just want a good deal for a good price.

I have bought two of their best cartridges and both have been a waste.The cartridges are wasting about 25% of the medicine by leakage through the top of the cartridges. This is a waste of money for anyone interested.The staff are great and extremely helpful.The cartridges are not so great.

The worst.....the product we bought didnt work (disposal pens) went back and they put on a machine or something and said they were fine but they still didnt work.....came back third time with the pen leaking and the manager was so rude ....I told him we would never come back. Most business would try to at least make good on the purchase but not him....not only would he not refund or let me up grade to a cartridge but charged me 2 dollars to get new ones of the other which got home and they didnt work either. Im hoping who ever is in charge of the company realizes that with employees like that they will lose a lot of business.

The drive to Vegas is worth it, I feel robbed every time I walk out of this place. If they made a mistake on the menu, it should be on them and they should honor what the huge menu on the tv screen says.

I feel robbed. I was sold an eight with a broken seal. The sale was quick. The child proof zippy bag never got closed (I say only to explain how quick he moved things). I was never shown the eight. I opened in car, discovered seal had been broke. It opened easy, no resistance at all. I went for a bud and I was toast. Dust. Then realized what had happened and I did not have to break a seal.I shared concern with staff they has security ask me to leave as they sai d noth except it was not possible. Holy seet!And now I read the other reviews. And now o know they shadey and at best dont give a sheet. Peace

Since moving to town this place has been awesome. Great customer service. Prices are the same in Vegas. They get to know you and what you are looking for. Even with the lockdown they changed their business model, got cars and started dm delivery to provide customers with an option here in town. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I placed an order through their online platform at 10am. By 1pm, my delivery driver, Kyle, was at my door with my order! Kyle was courteousand professional when I had a few questions about my order.Kyle went above and beyond to help me understand my products and make sure I was happy with my order before he left. ThI highly recommend The Grove and especially budtender/delivery driver, Kyle!

I tried to order from 5:30 until their cutoff at 6. I realize quarantine.. but to finally speak to a person after 15 minutes of struggle and putting in my info at least 6 times, I had hope. However, she was no help at all. We don’t have a med card. That would mean giving up constitutionally granted rights. But we do use smoke as medicine. Very very disappointed in a place I always previously had good experiences with. 😢

I dont know what the negative reviews are about. Ive visited the Pahrump location three times and had nothing but positive experiences. Great selection of products, on the high end of the pricing spectrum but I firmly believe you get what you pay for. They carry quality product...we pay premium prices. The service is quick and the people are friendly and engaged. Cant ask for more than that.

I love that you can order online in advance and then you barely have any wait time. I also appreciates that they give you the prices including taxes so that when you get to the register you arent scrambling for the extra cash. Because the taxes can be killer. I havent had a bad experience at this dispensary yet. Everyone is friendly and helpful and they want you to get a good deal and then want you to be happy. I would highly recommend this dispensary especially being its the only one in the town.

Maryjane expensive here due to being smaller city & a lack of competition compared to greater Denver area, however staff courteous & friendly & glad to fill your Maryjane needs in Pahrump.

Great dispensary. Staff is normally quick and helpful. People complain about prices but Vegas is no cheaper. Flower is normally fresh and they have deals often.

Its a pretty cool place, the only thing that is the downfall, in my opinion is they dont have the product to touch and smell. So other than that theyre budtenders are very friendly and for the most part know what theyre talking about they do try and steer you towards the more expensive stuff but you know.... who doesnt, especially when theyre the only game in town. So overall nice environment and the staff are very adamant about your warranty if you have an issue they will take care of it to the best of their abilities thats an A+ in my opinion, cant wait for another one to open up because competition will be to the consumers advantage.

So pretty good in person but since this virus theyve made excuses after excuses its been 23 hours since they received our order no dilvery was made and my last call we got some ditzy operator who apparently said they had no record of our order. I will not recommend coming too this location for the deliveries. In person they are pretty chill.

This place can not get it together! 1st was skipped over in line. 2nd when we made our order and waiting to pay they come back and tell me they dont have what I asked for. Instead of offering us something else at the same price they say sorry and have a nice day! Its worth driving into Vegas for a better selection and better service for a better price! This town needs another dispensary. Maybe the competition will up their game. I would not have posted this if it was the first time this has happened. I have walked out of this location disappointed more times than not.

Ive been there 4 times now, so far theyve been very helpful, considerate, kind. Since I havent been to any other hemp store I dont know the average price but $55. for an 1/8 is very high. I do hope price go down.But other than the expense, theyve been great.

The dark haired manager with glasses needs some classes on customer service. She rude and raised her voice at me in front of other customers and staff. I will not be using that dispensery again. I am a customer who frequents the grove 2 or 3 times a week. I will drive the extra few minutes to go to another dispensery and spend my money.

Great place for all your cannabis needs whether they medical or recreational. They have a wide selection of tinctures, edibles, flower and concentrates available as well as a knowledgeable staff to answer any questions you might have. The Grove rocks!

I hate to say anything bad about The Grove, but their mandatory delivery policy is literal price gouging in the face of a crisis. I need a gram, but they wont deliver for anything under 75 dollars, plus a 20 dollar delivery fee. So that gram I need now costs 95 dollars. Ive been out of work for a while due to anxiety, and need cannabis to help manage the attacks, I cant afford a 95 dollar minimum. On top of that, I cant even get anyone on the phone in case Im misreading this. Shame on you all.

It was a great place to buy weed, all of the budtenders we dealt with the multiple times we were there were very knowledgeable! With that being said, prices arent cheap, but I havent found any of the dispensary prices to be what I would consider cheap! You can buy what theyre selling on the street for Less. Its time to do away with the fancy Packaging, its not needed. We just went good weed at a fair price, its bad enough we have to pay tax, not that we mind it, goes for to a good cause. Just saying
