Brought in an Amazon return. The lady at the counter was rude and refused the return for no tape. Amazon email says I dont even need a box. She didnt care what the email said.She wants to charge $2.49 to tape the box😂Stay away from these crooks! Amazon said keep the product and they will refund anyway!!Hopefully this lady will retire soon as she is not helpful to the community.

Horrible service. Hard to get thru to on the phone, when you do they make you wait. The person that answered was the owner and it was hard to understand their English, I had to ask for someone else to speak to. UHHH

Corporate ripoff! They charged $5 to open an email for their shipping label!! Ive been a patron at UPS all over the country for years, this is the first time Ive ever been charged for then to open an email for their shipping label!Heres the best part, they ended up using the bar code from my phone! The email didnt even go through in time!! Still charged me for the email!!!!!!

I have been calling the store for 5days, multiple times per day...NO ONE ANSWERS !this is unexceptable! Customer service is important both in person and on the phone.This store isnt much better in person. I avoid going here, however I was there 3weeks ago and was treated like I was a bother.

There is a woman at the front counter who is absolutely the most rude confrontational customer service person I have ever encountered.Her demeanor is beyond ignorant. she appears to thrive on arguments & yells whenever she is challenged.Obviously shes got a very immature way of handling anyone who doesnt bow to her authority.Come on UPS!! its time to get this woman OUT OF THERE!!

As a business owner I take no pleasure in having to write such a scathing review, but the attitude coming from the employees at this UPSstore is inexcusable.I have been to this location maybe a dozen times before and during the pandemic, and the circumstances have remained the same. I am the kind of person who walks around with a smile and a positive attitude no matter the days events. The employees at this location give off such a disdain for their customers, that it is palpable from the moment I enter the store.Receiving a package from a loved one, or for a special occasion should be a joyous moment for anyone, not at the UPS Store in Pahrump. Every time I visit this location I have felt rushed. I have been talked down to for asking simple questions, and brushed aside when I have raised concerns. I have seen someone leaving this store crying.Overall, the employees at this location to me have been uninviting, unhelpful, unfriendly, and in some cases, down right mean.There is a bad attitude, and a cloud that hangs over the UPS Store in Pahrump. I don’t know if it’s systemic, if it’s just the employees, if it’s management, or if this is the attitude that is tolerated at UPS.As a small business owner I have taken the steps to request that my venders and suppliers no longer associate with UPS when possible. I have gone out of my way to let friends and family know the mistreatment by the employees at this location.I hope that someone who cares about customer service, reads this message, and takes seriously the damage that is being cause by the negative energy reverberating from the UPS Store in Pahrump.

They are always to slowly to do the costumers service.

The employees here are very busy. We had papers notarized here to sell our house. They were very thorough and quick. My thanks for the good service.

I took a box here to be sent via UPS. I also needed to print a label and buy some stamps. Though they were extremely busy I got excellent attention and care from Gerry who assisted me. The shop was clean & cool (middle of summer, very important to ratings!) The other lady working was also friendly and personable. Both were able to assist the customer in front of them and multi-task with other customers while remaining professional and friendly. Gerry was especially attentive & kind. I will absolutely go back here!

Great service. Even if theres a lineup, they handle everyone quickly & patiently. Debby was especially helpful & patient to me when I was sending an Amazon return & the label wasnt printing easily & there were many people coming in the door. She still stayed cool & professional.

This UPS store is fantastic! We are here in town for my father’s funeral and had to make some last minute changes to the program. We ended up having to print 150 of them on the same day as the service and the UPS store printed them with no fuss. Double-sided and in color. The store manager was very quick and pleasant. The store is clean and well kept. The machines are new and very fast. Every customer was tended to in order and satisfied with the stellar customer service. This print job meant a lot to us as it has memories and a lot of love in the printed program. And the staff expressed their condolences to us. I highly recommend this location of the UPS store without reservation. You will not be disappointed!

One stop shop for everything from printing, shipping, packing, faxing and cards for any occasion. The ladies are quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are always personable and upbeat.

I dont quite understand the negative reviews. This place was as busy as a retail outlet on Black Friday. People just never stopped coming. And this was on a Monday!I had interactions with both Anita and Kim. Even though, I believe, Anita was new, they both were exceptional. Standing in line gave me the chance to observe all the employees. Everyone took the time and made the effort to make sure each person was properly taken care in the proper way. Anita made sure I had no questions and if she didnt know the answer she asked Kim.

2.50 just for use of tape when doing an Amazon return that doesnt tell you need to seal the box. Awful. It took a very small amount of tape. Just ridiculous.

I use this site for business proposes on a regular basis. They have always been kind, professional and speedy. I deal with legal documents that have needed to be filed out of state many times and they were always understanding to my needs. At one point the staff felt like family! Great folks.

Horrible. Just horrible. I tried this place out as I needed a location to receive and forward business packages including bank statements etc. Complete disregard of all emails, except the one with subject of cancelling box. They dont notify you of packages received and will not respond to emails! You need to call to tell them to check for your packages and sent emails to find the shipping labels or any communications. After 1 month of service ask for a refund for the 6 or 9 months not the 10 remaining. Refused! Stated that it is in their contract to offer no refunds. Thats the customer service you receive at the Pahrump UPS store. Was told the owner does not give refunds. Asked to speak with owner and was instructed to send another email. The same emails they dont respond to. Reminded them of this fact and ask for owner to call. Said they would ask owner to call but would not not put me in touch with owner as Jerry is too busy to respond to unhappy customers. I found another solution. Contact me and I will tell you ALL about it. Hey JERRY, why not give me a call and try to resolve this in stead of having these sorts of negative reviews posted?

Went to hand in a return package to Amazon, the rude clerk charged me although Amazon had already paid it Then they mixed up the labels with the customer in front of me.My package arrived to her Luckily she was able to find my phone number onlineBy the time I got it back ( without the labels )So this UPS would not Re-send it for me unless I paid their overpriced charges because I didn’t have the labels. By then it was past the return policy so I did not get the refund I deserved. So it cost me shipping, the cost of the item & their charges. To top it off, the blonde clerk ( I think she was the assistant manager was totally rude to me about their policies & charges

They were suppose to deliver overnight next day but never did... charged for it but never told that there is NO guarantees...didnt get deliver for 6 DAYS but we paid for next day deliver $60! Never again will I go through UPS!

I first came here because this was my only local option for large format printing in Pahrump, which made me a bit wary initially. However, the lack of competition hasnt been an issue. I have had excellent customer service at this store and am always greeted with a smile (even when I squeak in at the last possible second before they close to pick up a print job!) I really appreciate this aspect of doing business here.I have not done any mailing/delivery business here, only printing of brochures and artist prints for the business I own. The print jobs are sometimes complicated and they have taken the time to get clarification whenever necessary and their turn-around time on orders has been fantastic!I have read some people complain about pricing at this store but from what I have read they have all been trying to print single copies of something and the prices are not for the single copy but a minimum computer rental charge, which as a small business owner myself, I feel is quite reasonable. I have been extremely satisfied with the prices I have paid, especially for the value of the products received.

They have excellent service at the store. Very helpful and nice. But the delivery drivers are not very capable. I am missing packages because the drivers cannot read numbers. Our packages keep ending up somewhere else. Really sick of it.

I like the staff

I give this store a 0 rating with a complaint filed with corporate. We utilized the store for a prepaid next day air package. The address was incorrectly entered into the system off the label by this store causing our package to be lost. I launched an investigation with UPS that was closed due to this store not responding to the investigation. When contacting the manager directly for resolution she did not ask for the tracking number to locate any information. Instead insisted we were at fault. Rather than argue with the rude manager, I ended the conversation.

Samone was a very professional notary that got a very important document signed by my brother who was visiting in Pahrump. She also emailed and shipped the documents back to Omaha. If it wasnt for her I would not have been able to close my loan on time. From the bottom of my heart Thank You Samone!

I stopped coming to this store 3 years ago because the customer service sucks. The place I was going to went out of business so I decided to give ups pahrump a second chance. Believe me when I say I will never be back. The customer service is so bad. I didnt set up a box the exact way they would have so they have me continous attitude about it. Even charging more because the top lifted up a hair. I would have appreciated a bit of kindness being that I just spent $200 at your store. Not to fear I will drive to vegas next time. The ups there is extremely friendly.

Garbage customer service

Expensive! Big ripoff! To print a basic black & white document from thumb drive is $5! Fax first page is $2 with additional pages $1.50! Ive gone there for various services and I cringe everytime because of their prices. Everything is expensive and unreasonable. No more! Now I go to Tech, Mail, & More on Hwy 372/East St. Their prices are half that of what youd pay at the UPS Store and the service is very friendly.

It is a great place for sending and receiving packages, they also send and receive faxes for you, they also have cards for any occasion Plus they do engraved products, and they also have computer access for you along with legal documents.

Friendly staff, very helpful and shipments are made in a timely manner.

The staff here was extremely helpful and friendly. Its a little more expensive than the post office but well worth it.

One of the ladies working there is very rude. I had wrapped my package in brown paper and secured it with a lot of tape so address was not able to be torn off. The rude woman kept telling me she was going to rip the brown paper off my package. I told her she wasnt going to. Ended up paying for a flimsy plastic bag. The other girl working there was very apologetic to me. The older nasty one was angry and throwing things around the back counter. She shouldnt be dealing with the with the public.

Nice ladies working in the store, they helped me with my returns and items that I needed printed. However, they are not the most professional, instead of helping the customers in line she was asking another worker to borrow a cigarette.
