Ive been a loyal customer of Rent a center for almost a year. During the past two months, due to the pandemic and a major injury which forced me to go to part time. Ive tried working with them but all theyve done was make things worse. What killed it and lost my business with them was when they disabled the phone I got from them. I went up to my data provider and showed them what happened. According to them, with the current temporary pandemic regulations, rent a center practically broke the law and could get into a lot of trouble if I wanted to file a complaint. Also when the local store came to pick up their products the sales rep at the local store was very condensing, rude, saying vulgar terms and very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend rent a center at all.

I have been doing business with this company for going on 4 yrs now. Manger is awesome and very flexible. He understands that life can happen. They are always looking out. Only thing that needs to change. Is the guys need to wear show coverings. But will defiantly be doing more business with this company. Also if someone wasn’t to break on your furniture or appliances they fix ASAP. Satisfied comstumer.

If I could give a no star I would !!! They’re rude and harrass you ! I had missed one payment and they put the red door tags on my front door and in my cars handles and broke my screen door when I had it locked because they forced it open !!! When I tried to call about it the manager said she had to talk to her delivery guys and never called me back about what they could do to fix my door

Refuse to leave a property again and youll have charges filed. Harrassment is a serious offense.

The store manager and two of the delivery drivers are very rude . Also the 2 drivers that showed up at my house like to make racial remarks to people . The worst service I have had from the Painesville Ohio store. Also the worst Manager I have ever seen in this store.

Pretty easy business they help out low credit and you make your payments on time. If you cant pay let them take their stuff. People need to understand its not your stuff till its paid your renting it until paid in full thannnnnnnnn its yours. Pretty simple.

Do not rent from this rent-a-center or any rent A Center... my 29 your old daughter rents from them and shes not even the primary on the contract her fiance is and they keep calling me and harassing me before even trying to call my daughter for their payment when my daughter isnt even late and her payment is due the next day, they contact me instead of her and instead of anyone else on the list and Ive had a stroke and a tumor removed and 2 weeks ago I had a cerebral angiogram done on my brain and in 19 days Im having surgery again to try and prevent another stroke and I even called the manager of the store and he just tried talking above me and wouldnt let me explain anyting and so I called corporate and Im going to change my phone number and I may even take this to court seeing that my blood pressure is Sky High now

This place doesnt no how too treat people I wouldnt give them any business at all the manger there suck he trys too over talk u and they dont help u if u are in a bind they want the full payment up front I mean give someone a chance too come in and make a payment I would not recommend this place at all take your business else where please 😒😒😒😒😡😡😡😡
