Weve bought multiple machines from here and every one of them have been fantastic. My only gripe is that there are a couple guys here that really need to learn customer service skills. Otherwise, Polaris is a great manufacturer and they make fantastic quads and side by sides. And the kids absolutely love them!

Inquired about a Hustler mower they had in stock. I spoke with the owner and he helped me locate one much closer to my home. It cost him a sale as I was willing to make the 4 hour trip since no one else had any. He located one for me at a dealer 50 mins from my house. If he helps people like that who arent even his customers, I can only imagine how he treats actual customers. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you very much for your help.
I was recommended buy a friend to take my Ranger 1000xp to Concord Motorsports for service. These guys are great. It’s really nice dealing with a company that has great employees that treat there customers very good. My Ranger was repaired quickly and they explained what was done to get it running correctly. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I can see why they only got a 3.1 rating. I called to ask a couple of questions and rudely cut off by the service department since my atv is not a Polaris and was told twice in a snippy manner I cant help you. Ooooookay, have a nice day. Would love to play that call back for your manager.....
Helpful and understanding when I questioned a repair issue on a Stihl blower. They resolved it to my satisfaction.

Never been there. Visited Crile Hardware next door, which by the way is a pretty good hardware store. Certainly better than Home Despot
Reviews dont always do a a Business Justice. I worked with Dan to buy my new Polaris Sportsman 570 (That I love!) He was nice honest and got me in and out with no BS with the best price in town! I highly Recommend this business!

Family Owened & Operated, great place to enjoy a test drive of anyone of the ATVs or Side by Sides along with any number of the rental equipment they offer. Roy, Dan, Warren and Tammy are a wonderful group of people to work with!
Staff is rude this place blows dont waste your money here. Half of them dont know what theyre even doing or dont even care to wanna help you out. Place is a joke
One of the salesman wouldn’t come down $38 to my even hundred. I had cash and would even pick it up. We went to Honda instead. I would not suggest buying from here. I do love Polaris but I wouldn’t buy one in concord. Trash people and trash service

Terrible experience - do not use this company! A rip - off, inflexible and rude. We rented tables, chairs and a tent for our daughters grad party, we always try to use local businesses but what a mistake, never again.
Ever since they started selling stuff, you cant find anything in regards to what they do renter how much it cost etc. I pointed this out to them but they didnt seem to care so I go to Handy Rents in Painesville or CCM Rental in Chardon.

Tried them 3 different times over the last 2 years, slowwwww service department, no communication, machine was there for at least 3 weeks each time, they are not getting any better, going back to get my atv today without repair, I am done giving them a chance

My atv has been there over 3 weeks and no updates or an ETA on when it will be fixed or even an estimate on how much it will cost! Crazy.
Very disrespectful. Trouble getting job done first time. Kept calling saying my atv was ready but actually was not. Have to pry for any information.
