When my car started having issues, I called Zaps after finding them online. Zaps/Steve were awesome. They have a key drop box for anyone who can’t make it within business hours to drop their car off - very convenient for those who need it. When I dropped off my car, Steve asked if I had a ride to work. I recently moved to the area to start a new job, and do not have any friends or family nearby, so I was going to just Uber/ask a coworker to give me a ride. When Steve heard this, he made arrangements to get me to and from work for the day, and promised to have my car ready by the time that same work day was over. Just a few hours later during lunch, my car was ready! He explained exactly what was wrong and what they did to fix it affordably. Rather than replacing an entire part (which would have been 5x as expensive), they just gave me new brackets (which was all I really needed). They didn’t try to sell me on unneeded repairs. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my car, and were honest and affordable throughout the entire process! Thank you Steve and Zaps - you guys are awesome!
