Another sorry for an excuse True North location. Forget pay at the pump for convenience as the printer is out of paper or doesnt function.I stopped to grab 20 gallons since Im on a schedule and Clerk has receipt is displayed again. Wonder why I stopped using True North, this is the reason. They just suck.

Went there had bad experience with price fraud..didnt want to post bad review, so went directly to corporate,still waiting for promised response after 2 weeks.. Well, now going public review..the Madison and Painesville stores are horrible..wont be patronizing again ever!!!

Lady who works 3rd shift really lacks personal skills and gives off like she having attitude and bad personality even when trying to nice this sucks because this is the only gas station open by my house when I get off work and she really makes me not want to go there because of her simply. I took the time out of my day just to write this because it bothers me that much. Went again on Jul 25 I google wont let me put another review but another bad experience with the same lady. When checking me out she throws each of my items down after scanning seems to be intentionally and Ive she has donw it befor I dont call her out on it because I really dont feel like arguing I just got off Work Im hoping the people at Truenorth can. As of this point Im truly digusted and dissatisfied.

Pumps are constantly broken.... I only get gas here when desperate.
