From start to finish Tori was absolutely fabulous. She was professional and kind and very considerate. She understood what our needs were and what our budget was. We highly recommend Tori as the best sales person at Guhde Flooring America. You will definitely not go wrong with her. All of the staff there are wonderful.

We did our entire upstairs with LVP, we had been searching for weeks and were so relieved to find something that was safe for toddlers and within our budget (The specific time that we used was actually discontinued, so the price was more affordable). We worked directly with the owner, he gave us his personal number, and he made everything goes so smoothly. We did the installation ourselves, the material was fairly easy to work with. I highly recommend!

The best flooring store in lake county

The carpet that is installed and the job done was great. They even trimmed part of our other flooring to prevent a bump in carpeting. The downfall is we were given a date for install and took off work to remove the old carpeting and then move all the furniture the day of install. When they arrived they found the carpet was measured incorrectly thus the carpet was too short and had to reorder. We were then called to let us know when it would be reinstalled and they did not show up. When we called to see where they were they stated that was just tentative. This being said the furniture was moved and had then had to be moved again. It finally did get installed and looks great. I was disappointed as there wasnt much of an apology or a were sorry, heres a little discount for your inconvenience. I wanted to support local as we usually go to the big stores. I still will support local but it was 5 weeks from measurement until install so that is disappointing and not sure i will go back here. I understand mistakes happen but was hoping for more appreciative customer service when i started this process. Thank you!

Just had Guhde replace all my hardwood floors in the house . Extremely professional from the time we first walked into the store . Shawn & Monica we very helpful from the beginning & in helping us pick out what to have installed. After we chose a product they were able to measure, order & install all when they said they would . That’s a big deal to me because some other contractors I’ve dealt with are usually full of excuses & don’t show when they say will . The installers were awesome, they were courteous & very clean & did a heck of a job. Couldn’t be happier that we chose Guhde & will be using them again for any flooring needs .

I worked with Mike (I apologize if I got your first name wrong I’m terrible with names) Guhde a few weeks ago picking out flooring for a new townhome under construction. The experience here was really awesome to be straight to the point. Mr. Guhde was really professional and courteous and you can really tell he cares about his profession and has good attention to detail. I’m really confident in his ability to do the install in my home especially in highly technique-sensitive areas like showers and baths.Can’t wait to work with these people in the future if I require further flooring and tile services.

Disappointing. I told them about the damages incurred from 1,200 ft. installation job, and they did nothing. Damage to side of piano, hole through to plaster in bathroom, cigarette butts in front flower boarder, scratches on kitchen lower cabinet, hole in a table that was in the garage (must of used it for a work surface), .5 gap in living room floor along baseboard. They were fast, 2 1/2 days. One older Amish, a young boy, and a man that was ill that came after the 1st day. For the $$$ we paid, I would expect better service from them.

Top of the line people and business. They have a huge selection to choose from & designers work with you to help you decide. Also they have a bathroom & kitchen design center with beautiful Cambria countertops! The thing I was so happy to find out is they seem to have product to fit all kinds of budgets. A very pleasant experience... now it makes me want to do other rooms. Soon!

Guhde Flooring installed carpet in the Kirtland Public Library. They did a phenomenal job! Mike and Jaca did a great job with the design and Jay was terrific with installation. We had a volunteers moving books and shelves and the Guhde folks were very accommodating -- they worked with us as far as scheduling the installation. It was an excellent experience!

Guhde Flooring America did an excellent job for me in providing an LV tile, Fusion Exotic Mahogany, in my kitchen. I was extremely satisfied. Their price was very competitive, and work was professional. They started on time and finished the work in the time stated. The staff and the owner were very courteous and gave me the impression that they wanted the customer to be pleased. I am not hesitant to recommend them to others who may need their service. GOODJOB.

Threw away $9,000 for hardwood flooring on part of our main floor last year. They said the floor we picked out was no longer being made and they were going to switch to one that was the same. We looked at a sample and said ok..... how do we know? . Since installing, our floor is smeared with footprints, sock marks, etc. (there is only two of us here) You cannot keep it looking nice. I have spent countless hours trying to get this to look the way it should and nothing works. It is a constant mess, the minute I clean it, its filled with prints. Basically, its a floor you cant walk on. I called and they sent an independent person to look at it. His report.....the floor was fine. Trust me its NOT fine. Its disheartening that they did not agree to do anything about it after several calls. I cant believe this is how they handled this. At least offer to put some type of finish on it so that it can be walked on......its a floor...... I expected them to stand by their products with their reputation. What happened here Guhde?

I ordered a backsplash from Guhde several months ago and after installation we discovered that this product had a manufactures defect that required the entire installation to be torn out and replaced. I would like to recognize Shawn who went above and beyond what most big box stores would do to correct the problem. Although this project dragged out for several months due to the manufactures inability to provide product that was not defective, Guhde stood behind their reputation of customer satisfaction and quality service to deliver a wonderful kitchen remodel that we are 100% satisfied with. Thank you all of the Guhde team!
