I noticed quite a few games that had reprinted artwork that were not marked as reproductions. I would of understood it as maybe a mistake at first not labeling 1 or 2 but when I clear as day saw a dozen ranging from PS1, PS2 and GC titles. None were marked reproduction.Edit: To be clear after reading the owners/employees response Ill clarify a few points. I saw multiple Nintendo GameCube games with reproduction art that were not labeled as such on the artwork or anywhere else on the case or pricetag. Along with a few more PS2 and PS1 games with reprinted artwork also not marked as such. Its clearly intentional at this point. Im a collector as well. Not sure why you are doubling down with your response but the solution is to admit to it and fix the problem instead of continuing to mislead people.

Staff is hilarious! Very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. A bigger selection of what I thought they would have and very fair pricing.

I really dont like how they put a fake shrink wrap on most of the games. You cant check the discs, so expect some scratched games

Amazing games are a bit overpriced in my opinion but they fixed my playstation hard drive extreamly quickly and at a decently fair price not disapointed at all good job and thank you!

Cant say enough about this place. Customer service is outstanding! Very friendly. Very helpful. Very informative. They are genuinely nice. They didnt act like I was bothering them at worklike some places make you feel.Repairs are at a fair price too. I dont know much about electronics or gaming systems but they really helped me out with my sons ps4 repair. Thanks guys😊

This is one of the most dishonest store my husband call in and was told he would get 40 bucks for each wii game set and took 2 Wii game set and only got 27 bucks for both. Talk about low balling. The employees in this store are disgusting, dishonest, unfair. Im never going back I suggest going to game stop instead.

I called because I was having an issue with a system I bought on eBay. I brought my new (to me) Nintendo 64 in; I was getting no video or audio after plugging it in, they said I could bring it all in to test the cables to see what the issue was at no charge. When I brought it in I was greeted by a friendly staff and was helped by a man named Lee. He took a few minutes to check the system while I looked around and I noticed that everything was clean and organized. They had a pretty big selection! He found what was wrong with my system and said he could fix it, and that’s just what he did. I had good conversation with the staff while he worked on it, and it took him under 10 minutes. The repair was super affordable! I brought the system home and it works perfectly now. Highly recommend this place and location for anyone with questions about repairs for systems, old or new.

I visited today. The people there are very nice. They helped me get a GameCube Demo Disc I’ve been looking for. I very much recommend Electronics Flip.

Friendly staff, big selection of quality stuff to choose from, and they were very knowledgeable. Bought two used playstation 3 controllers in great condition that surprised me had a 30 day warranty. I will purchase more stuff here in the future. To the people who gave low star ratings nobody forced you to do anything and its a business they have to keep the doors open. Getting items low and selling them for a profit is what every GOOD business does.

I went to get an controller fixed and the first time it came back worse and the second time it still had problems and then after about 2 or 3 days the controller just stopped connecting to my console. The people there are great and the store is nice but they can not fix a controller for their lives.

Staff is fantastic...had a fun little visit with them, talking all things gaming, and found a gem of a DVD for cheap. We did buy a refurbished game controller that turned out to be a dud, though, so thats why I didnt give them 5 stars.

If I could Id give them 0 Stars. 40 DVDs/30VHS and they gave me a measly $12.50 store credit! Now theyll sell those movies between $4-$10 each...I got burnt NEVER again! I DONT recommend this store, youre better of game stop or pawnshop!
