These are the rudest group of ppl Ive come across since I moved here to Painesville 2 wks ago!! I was told to call the manager and speak with him and when I asked to speak with him a lady answered the phone and said what do you want I can help you I told her I That I needed to speak to the manager and she hung up on me. I called back and asked again and she then began to tell me how she was the manager and seeing as though I spoke with him before I knew she wasnt when I told her I knew she wasnt she hung up again! This store is close to me so Ive been spending my money here almost everyday, never again after todays experience!

The store in the staff are fine its the entry and exit doors that are horrendous sometimes I feel like theyre going to crush me when I try to go in and out
