Great tasting custard ice cream! The milkshake, Sundae and the Concrete which is like a Blizzard are awesome. Usually very busy in the evening for good reason. Now the prices are slightly higher than Dairy Queen but the products are Superior.

The frozen custard tastes good. Someone at the drive-thru thought it was a good idea to hand me a slushy that had liquid all over the rim of the lid, though, which spilled all over my clothes just from lifting it. Now my $50 pants are ruined and I cant get the stains out. Never coming here again.

East Coast Original Frozen Custard is the real thing. It is difficult to even compare their delicious original vanilla to any other ice cream around. Theirs is by far the best. The drive-thru makes it a very convenient stop. If you havent tried it, what are you waiting for? Go now! No really, GO NOW!! Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself!(~);}

The fact that I straight up order vanilla custard here because it is the most supremely amazing confection says something. If you can make a vanilla that makes me want to order it over everything else (except maybe the pumpkin) then youre a master of the craft. Nothing beats the smooth texture of this frozen custard and I would have to fight eating here every day if I lived closer.

Feel expensive but the ice cream may just be worth it.

We love coming here for a treat, especially the fact that they sell their custard by the quart. I mostly do a quick drive-through on my way home from Aldi‘s and grab a few for the freezer. Our favorites are chocolate peanut butter and the mint chocolate chip. I will say, they have yet to get my ice cream order correct. There’s a lot of young kids, summer help I presume, and They aren’t well trained. Also they’re wearing masks which probably doesn’t help with communicating.

Everyone loved their choices! Vanilla, chocolate,Oreo cookie,yogurt mentor crunch. Mine was the best.

05-26-2021. A few days ago I received my order and it was wrong. I just let them know now since couldnt take care of of then. They fixed it and were nice about. As always when things are right they are amazing.

God if youv not been to east coast custard Id recomend you do! Everything iv had there tastes at least 10 times better then any other icecream shop iv ever been too! Even there vanilla somehow tastes excellent

Very smooth and delicious ice cream and frozen yogurt. They do run out of a lot of flavors the closer it gets to closing time so I recommend stopping in by 6pm.

The fam and and have been coming here for years! We love this place. Not a single bad item on the menu! Prices are comparable to other similar stores in the area.

Our family went to enjoy east coast custard for the first time ever and we’re very excited to give a new place a try, the custard was amazing 10/10, but due to the fact that older female working which we heard was referred to as “Nancy” by a worker calling her name, we will not be coming here again, Nancy was very very rude to not only us but also to her employees, I felt very disrespected and also felt terrible for the other employees. Due to this our family and our friends have already been informed and we will not be enjoying the ice cream again until further notice!

The Mentor Avenue Crunch Frozen yogurt did not taste fresh and had a bunch of unhealthy ingredients, ie: corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, etc.

It was our first time to..I ordered a baby Peach Melba yogurt cone& a small vanilla custard cup with sprinkles for my little kiddo with super picky tastes.I was so surprised, I usually get cramping and sick from(All of those soft serve places) BUT not here.We enjoyed our custard& yogurt treats. My daughter thanked me& was so happy to have. She ate every bit& said, Mommy can we come back here for ice cream,it tastes yummy and my tummy feels niceBest part,is it didnt break the bank,the young lady that helped me was SO HELPFUL,and my little one fell fast asleep after finishing her treat!!!!A Great Find& Treasure 😁

This is our favorite place for a summer treat. Sometimes there is a line in the drive-thru but it moves quickly and its always worth the wait. My son loves meeting up with his grandparents for some after dinner ice cream. Even the dog gets a treat!

They have great ice cream and frozen yogurt but when we went we ordered mint froyo the employee said she didn’t want to sell it. She still did but the employees were extremely rude for no reason.

The custard was pretty good but the cashier wasnt very friendly amd the fact that you cant get specialty flavors in the mini size is why I took off 2 stars (1 for each reason)

They are untouchable, absolutely the BEST of custard. I am obsessed with their chocolate malt. It has the perfect balance. It is creamy, chocolatey, and you can actually taste the malt and perfect thickness.

Nice place for a quick ice cream fix but we were disappointed that there was no mint chocolate chip ice cream that day. Also the popcorn machine has been out of order for almost a year.

I love their ice cream but their concretes are not as thick as normal concretes. Theyre more like shakes. But overall I love the ice cream and the prices.

I always get the peanut butter chocolate sundae with sprinkles instead of peanuts. Im actually lactose intolerant and I always say if Im going to eat ice cream it has to be delicious enough to be worth the later discomfort. This is definitely worth it! Their peanut butter sauce is deliciously salty and a great compliment to the sweet, creamy ice cream.The place is always clean and we almost always get service with a smile. I only wish someone around here had soft serve!

We love East Coast Frozen Custard! Whether just stopping in for dessert or picking up quarts/half gallons for at home, you cant beet the selection, specialty flavors, or quality of their product. Staff is always helpful and does their best to keep up with the demand. The cafe mocha shake is incredible and the banana split is highly recommended!

Not bad. If youre looking for a quick drive-through ice cream shop thats definitely better than Dairy Queen, this one hits the spot. A bit too much sugar for my personal taste but otherwise great with decent options.

The hot food I ordered was cold and I did not receive it how I ordered but after waiting what felt like a life long 12 minutes I didnt care. Also where were the ingredients I paid for. The banana split was missing some of the intended items as listed on their order board. Granted I went through the drive thru and it was near closing time I still feel it wouldve been nice not to have to park my car and walk in to retrieve a spoon and napkins. By the time I walked though the door at home I was trying to keep the split from spilling out of its packaging. Not all that happy with my second visit to the establishment. I may go back when things warm up in a year.

Close to the break in their season. The quality of the custard showed. It was icy not smooth. The person working the window and appeared to have seniority or was in charge was rude. She was ordering one young girl around incessantly and the girl couldnt finish one task before the next was being yelled at her. She unnecessarily insulted and embarrassed the other young girl who seemed new to the company.

Worst customer service yesterday Saturday 9-5-20 I ordered a large pineapple smoothie I got charged for a large got a small I’m dangerously algeric to all types of nuts 🥜 I noticed the smell inside the cup of nut 🥜 exposure not good at all this could have taken my life easy unfortunately I will not return as customer that could have killed me. More times than not the order is wrong. How do you confuse a white house and a tin roof. Often the size is wrong. Stupidity we keep going back, at least twice a week because it is close and we keep hoping for improvement.

Frozen yogurt is consistently icy and bland. Other branches have more flavorable frozen yogurt.

The items we ordered were all great but the older woman and charge was extremely rude to us and her staff. Won’t return.

Awful overpriced hot dogs, but I guess you dont really go there for that. Paid for extra toppings in my concrete but barely got more than usual. Still very tasty though...

Great custard. Service is usually good. The ice cream machine makes a lot of noise and it is difficult to hold a conversation inside because of it. A little pricey compared to DQ or McDonalds but so much better.

The Staff is Great.

I came with 40 people, and they delivered the custard lightning fast. The custard is very good, the service great, and their flexibility was amazing. They cater, too, and if I lived near here, I would definitely do that.

Great custard at a reasonable price. Only complaint is sometimes its hard to decide what to get with different flavors for different menu items which you dont see till you get to the window. Drive thru service is good.
