I want to thank Dave the owner on his wealth/ years of experience on questions I hade yesterday when I visited his store. I came back today and met his wife and realized how fortunate I am to have both owners who really know health and which products that may best serve me! The cost of products were similar to the big chain vitamin shop in Mentor down the road. I will be coming back!

Breaks my heart. I will no longer patronize this store. Entered with my mask. Store owner and female employee looked at me. No masks on or visible. I selected my items expecting them to put on face masks and acknowledge my presence. No greeting, no masks,and no move toward register. I am done. Also no sign requiring face masks on the door!

Anyone complaining about workers not wearing face mask need to go to a GNC. We all know facemask dont work and cause more health issues. The way we keep healthy is by building our immune system and quarantine the sick not the health. If your worried about getting sick then eat healthy, exercise, drink clean water, avoid stress and get the proper vitamins.P.S. we come here probably every other week and they are awesome and very knowledgeable.

Visiting from out of town. I called and asked about a product I needed in a pinch. Although they didnt have it, Janet was super helpful and went out of her way to check shelf to see if they had what I was looking for or something close to it. I really appreciated her willingness to help, and she mentioned she was ordering the product also.

Great customer service, and they had an herbal tea that I had been looking for elsewhere but to no avail. Im glad that I decided to check them out, and I will be back to purchase other natural products very soon.
