Chagrin Falls counter worker was one of the worst, rudest person I have ever experienced. I own several companies and have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner. I needed to return some fittings and was screamed at that he could not provide a credit. I certainly will NEVER use this company again and will spread the word in the community to follow my lead.

We purchased a vintage 1940s sink that needed new valves and handles. The sizing for the valve openings was such that finding replacements was difficult. We took the sink to the store, and an employee took the time to measure the related dimensions and went through a catalogue with us to identify viable options. After finding one we liked, the employee placed an order and contacted us when the order arrived. We installed the valves and handles and they fit perfectly.
