Excellent Customer service!! Andy is a very nice professional man. Units are clean and area is secure. Its a little pricey, but worth it. I will be a customer for a long time!!

Went with my grandmother to her storage to get some things out. It was getting dark since well it gets dark early in winter. It was so hard to see! Luckily she had light and I tried to aim car headlights into storage. But seriously they need to invest in putting up lighting! Its so dark throughout there smh.

Rented a storage unit from here. Andy was great and very professional. My unit was VERY clean and the right size for my storage as Andy suggested. Would definitely refer this storage unit and Andy to anyone looking for a reasonable storage unit facility!

Ive stored my stuff here going on a year in November. Andy is the only staff Ive met and he has been professional and courteous with each interaction. The units and grounds are kept clean and Ive had no issues with bugs. I also, found the prices to be very reasonable. I would highly recommend Chestnut Storage they are an exceptional company.

Had a storage unit here for about a year before I moved to a house with a large garage and no longer needed it. The staff was always very helpful, the units are well kept and maintained and the pricing is about what youd expect to pay for storage units.Some of the other reviews mentioned bugs -- I never had any issues with bugs in any of my containers when I went to retrieve them. If youre worried about bugs, use good sturdy plastic bins with locking lids instead of boxes. Keeps bugs, dirt and moisture out.In any case, my experience here was very positive and I can definitely recommend them.

I am greatful for chestnut storage they are nice and have been working with us Im hoping everything gets back to normal the covid 19 is torturing all of us.

Works for what I need

I loved Andy, very friendly and helpful. However, I had a problem with stink bugs getting into my things and bringing them home. That was awful. I am 👻😱 terrified. It helped that it got cold. The weather turning cold killed a lot of them. But I found one tonight and picked it up because I thought it was just something on the floor. Now my hand smells like it. I am a nervous wreck. When I moved my things out, it was a lot of frozen bugs in the unit. That turned my experience into a nightmare. Oh, they can also fly😩😩😯

I have used Chestnut Storage since 12/2017 and I’ve had ZERO issues and their courteous, thoughtful and ALWAYS looked out for my storage even though there were times I was late and DEFINITELY recommend them to everyone THX guys

Excellent storeage facility. I used them for about 18 months and never had an issue. Always clean, accessible, and the owner is as down to earth as it gets. Great guy who does what he says hes going to do! 100% recommend them and will definitely use again if I have the need.

I got the smallest unit I could spent 55 for a month. Only had it for a week and half and didnt get anything back for it but a friend of mine had one for a few months and canceled it half way thru a month and got half her money back. Not only that but when I got my things out the boxes had cockroaches. Few other people had told me the same hing with the roaches and with the refund.

Manager is very friendly. Was going through a tough time and he talked and understood.
