One star is way to much for this business Ive been trying to get a hospital bed from them for over a yr. And they called me this wk and said they had a bed for me and wanted my debit card or a voided check. And that my insurance paid for it so why do they needed my banking info? Well comes to find out they never submitted anything thru my insurance companies. I went from owing a start up fee of $48.00and then $13.00 a month to being told that I owe nothing.And they pressure you into giving them your banking info as well

I have been a client of theirs for over a decade, the staff is courteous and professional. They know me when I call. I can tell they care. :)

Do not use this company. I was fitted for a cpap masked. I can not get it to fit without leaking. Their response was to buy a differrnt one out of pocket since I am relegated to this equipment for 6 months. This is the response even tho they offered the style and fit the mask. Not acceptable for a medical devise. I am concerned about my health due to poor therapy for an extended time.

I was always told Lincare is the greatest place. I am beginning to find out that they are incompetent. They are outsourcing a lot of jobs and a lot of my new tubing or filters are coming in a box that looks like it was put through crusher. When I call about something I get a person that doesnt know what they are talking about. They keep telling me one thing and I call back and I am told something else. Lincare used to be a great company but I am re-thinking my choice.

Linscare Company needs to learn customer service. The office in Mentor Ohio is the worst of the worst the most unprofessional business I have ever tried to use. When you walk in the office you greeted with signs telling you where to stand. No greetings as people walk about talking and chatting...you better expect to wait before they acknowledge your there. We have called in to let them prepare what we need and time to prepare it....don’t bother calling same results. They tell you they deliver- again on their terms if they decide to show up. I rated them a one star which is four more than they deserve!

Took 3 different delivery appointments before our nebulizer arrived. Once the tech came out they did not know how to setup the machine and we had to show them how to hook it up based off of an image on Google. They refused to let us pick it up at their location. I would not recommend this company for your medical needs.

The worst! If you need CPAP or other medical supplies find someone else . One big problem after another. I dont have the time to say it all. Rude, improperly billed, wont communicate with my Dr., just save yourself . Dont go with them

Have received my second bill from them for a bill that has already been paid!! Wish I could give no stars because I have seen nothing but complaints about this company. I had ordered a portable nebulizer and paid $45.00 at the time of drop off to rep and then was billed an additional $107.00 for a nebulizer i could have bought on the internet for half the price!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE!!

Inefficient call-back system. Ive been waiting for someone to call regarding device setup date and have heard nothing for a week.
