Called trying to order a certain kind of snack thats out of stock and the lady was warmhearted to offer special re-order for us. And she said they would continue to order regularly for us if its something that we really like to purchase continuously. We were so satisficed for their good willing and being customer oriented!

They sell expired sack and once got thaw&frozen icecream, once I open it and found the icecream melted in the whole box. It definetely caused by power outrange or stop-working refrigerator, they choose to CHEAT customer.Never come back again !DONT buy food from unethical store.

Good store, with dicent selection of products.But they can be unpredictable at times. For example, one time I came 20 minutes prior to official store closing time, and they were closed already. I mean, closed the door right in front of me.

Worst typical customer service... selling stale products and when we brought it back, refused to refund as I did not have a receipt... knowing well that was in place I have got it and knowing well I am regular there... absolutely disappointing

The best Chinese grocery in the area. Authentic varieties, well organized, reasonable priced. Live fishes, even live crabs sometimes. Fresh quality meat with great service. I cant find another one as great in ten miles, in all directions. Super.

Typically small packed Asian market. Fresh fish, meats, and produce available, but limited. Dried goods, frozen foods, and drinks plentiful. I would guess they supply some local restaurants based on their offerings. I’ve always found everything I needed for my kitchen.

This is a very narrowly Chinese Chinese (from China and not inclusive of HongKing, Taiwan, SE Asian, etc ) grocery career mostly to people from That China. Most of their non-US sourced products appear to be from China. If you want that focus, this is the place to go and kind of the only one in this region of NW suburb.

Good place to get hold of daily groceries, accepting all type of payments and humble staff makes it easy shopping there.

Expensive, but its more convenient that driving down to Chinatown. Produce is generally fresh. Pork ribs are great. They get duck, chicken and other cooked meats from Richwell in Chinatown on the weekends.

I love these small Chinese markets, they give a feel of Chinatown markets without the Chinatown (sad face). But to not have to track through the city this Chinese market is great. It has a wide variety of products from China. We come here for instant drinks like milk tea, thai tea, ginger tea; instant ramen (awesome selection that has some SE versions), chinese snacks, and produce. Yes it is cramped, yes not as organized since they have more product than shelving, but it is legit!

They got everything I need! Never have to go to Chinatown for my favorite Asian stuff. Staffs are always friendly and helpful.

Do not buy their bakery. Just bought 3 boxes and they were bad after eating half way of the bread. My 8 year daughter ate the whole custard this morning and I found later today when I ate it half way. I threw all away and very disgusting. I just could not believe when seller dont care about others well beings. So stinky inside the bread.

Shopping was great the only problem is when you go to check out you have to spend more than $20 in order to use a debit card which is absolutely ridiculous only the Asian people in the Indian people have that ridiculous rule cuz theyre too cheap another fact is there tax exempt for 5 years when they come here and then they transfer it to another person and another and another and it continues to go on never paid taxes nice huh
