Worst Walgreens Ive ever been to! Had an appointment for a flu shot and I sat for over an hour before they even asked me to fill the paperwork out. Because I went during my lunch break, I didnt have enough time to wait any longer. They were taking people that came after me as well as giving others the wrong paperwork to fill out. The pharmacy is an embarrassing mess.

I was in a lot of pain after dental surgery when I went through this Walgreens drive through to drop off my prescription. The pharmacist could see I was in distress, told me to wait right there and filled it immediately! I was so very grateful and so impressed! Thank you for your kindness. ❤

For 30 minutes I just waited to get my meds. The 3 girls inside just talking and on their phones. I press call button and they say they will be right with me. I don’t even know how to move my prescription to another pharmacy but need to now.

I love Walgreens. Mainly because of the pharmacy staff. I could go anywhere else but I prefer to go where I get the best service. This location happens to have a fantastic manager in the pharmacy that takes care of all my needs. His name is Mike Herman. He is part of my team of healthcare professionals that I go to for my own care. A pharmacist is very important to explain everything you need to know about taking certain medications or assistance with over-the-counter medicines. I truly feel taken care of, having a trustworthy and reliable pharmacist handle my prescriptions. Thank you for all you do, Mike!

Worst Walgreens you could possibly go to. These people working here are the most rude and miserable Walgreens employees you could ever experience. Every visit here is worst than the next. At a time were alot of people are struggling and dealing with the pandemic these people working here have no regard for the people shopping there. Avoid at all costs.

I actually want to give zero star to this pharmacy.I arrived there 20 minutes before they closed. I even called there to make sure they have the medicine in stock before I arrived. I waited in line for 5 mins. I showed my prescription to George at the pharmacy counter. He told me something is not right on the prescription. He told me to go to the Walgreens at Dundee Road because they open 24 hours and his store is closing soon.I begged him to call my doctor to clarify with him because the doctors office was still open but closing soon. I explained to him that by the time I went to the one at Dundee, my doctors office would be closed. The Pharmacist there would not be able to talk to my doctor. Then, I had to wait until the next day. My daughter was so sick and needed the medicine as soon as possible. But both George and Emily, the pharmacist refused to call for me. They said they are closing. I decided to call my doctor by myself and told him what was happening. He wanted to talk to the pharmacist. But Emily refused to talk to him with my cellphone, which I understand. She felt the pressure from the other customers who saw my daughter was so sick lying on a chair and waiting for her medicine. With no much choice, Emily was willing to call my doctor and agreed to give me the medicine.I cannot believe this happened in any pharmacy. They think going home on time is more important than their patients. Shame on them. They should not be in the patient care industry at all.

I was in the store today and the dsy manager was working the register. He couldnt have bern more rude. The pharmacist that I asked for help one evening acted like it was above her to have to come out from behind the counter. There are too many other locstions and other pharmacies in the area to be treated like I was.

I would rather give zero stars. Today i waited for more that an hour to go out without the medicines of my 1.5 months old son. I was ignored so badly there that they did not even had initiated preparing my son’s medicine order even after waiting for an hour. Their working environment sucks. Even i saw one elderly couple also been mistreated, what a shame to see those guys at the counter giving medicines who are intentionally ignorant and makes you feel insulted with their utter nonsense customer services. I think its a corporate call to take action because if they are not but I surely will. I would surely not recommend anyone to go in that Walgreens until they have their idiots standing behind the pharmacy counter.

A pharmacist who told me that an immunization shot that I needed was covered fully by my insurance and would be free (in which I repeated the name of this shot 3 times). I could not get the shot done then and there and when I came back a couple hours later to get it done, she told me that she checked for the wrong shot and that it actually wasnt covered at all and I would have to pay $119 for the immunization. She did not apologize or empathize for giving me false information and looked as if she had no idea what she was doing on the computer. This pharmacist shouldnt be working there and I would avoid this location for its horrible service.

I called to transfer a prescription to this wallgreens because the others were out of stock. The lady that picks up has no idea what Im talking about when I say Im calling to transfer my prescription from the wallgreens over on ____&______ she never asks for my information but somehow says something about CVS and i proceeded to hang up because the lady obviously didnt know what she was talking about. Also her accent made it extremely difficult to hear and understand her, and on top of not articulating her words.Edit: I recently called back to get my prescription transferred because the original lady didnt help me in the slightest. Andy helped me and got my prescription transfered in a jiffy!

They are either not staffed adequately in the pharmacy or the pharmacy staff are just lazy to do what they are supposed to do. they just keep running around without attending people waiting by the counter.. no courtesy to say plz wait I will get to you in sometime or whatever..I went in to this pharmacy clean shaved and by the time I got my prescription medicine in my hand I grew a full weeks worth of beard..I go to this pharmacy pick up medicines for myself on Day 1 and I go again on Day 3 to pick medicines for my spouse and the same person who catered me the medicines on Day 1 cant find me in his system.. I provided him my Medical Insurance ID, Prescription ID, driving license, birth certificate, credit card, passport,visa, finger print scan, retina scan still cant find me or not sure if he was doodling something else..It literally takes forever to get even a basic simple prescription from these folks.. Ex : I am sick visiting the pharmacy straight out of the Drs office and I cant believe this guy telling me to come pick up my prescription medicines the next day, the temperature outside was 10F outside and you know how bad this flu season is.. believe me it was a very generic Z-Pack and other antibiotics that you cannot get over the counter still took more than 45 mins to get them on my hands..believe me I am not a person who writes a review but they made me write one.. Only reason I chose to pick up my medicine here coz it was near my home and now I am looking out for either another walgreens or cvs near my home to get my prescription medicines to pick up going forward.

Horrible! Had some questions about my prescription and got passed off to 2 different people and then when the pharmacist was answering my quesions she rolled here eyes at me and talked to me like I was an idiot for not knowing. If you dont want to answer the questions then dont ask if we have them when picking stuff up. Too bad mine is only carried at Walgreens, I usually go to CVS. I dont care if I have to drive across town to pick it up at a different one. Not going back to this location.

Dropped off my prescription and the pharmacist didnt even check if they had my medicine in stock. They asked when I needed it and I told them sometime today, I came back the next day and they said they cant fill my medicine till 5 days later. Why didnt they check when I dropped my prescription off like all other walgreens? Horrible service! Avoid this place if possible.
