Simply Stereo is a Ten star business. I purchased some pre owned gear here. They set everything up for me in store. Before I left we went over all the settings. Made sure I understood everything. And, answered all my questions. I felt like I spent thousands and was treated like I had. What a great experience.

I’ve purchased several products from Lee at Simply Stereo including high end speakers made by Paradigm (Persona 5F) in Diamond White Metallic and a Lumen T2 streamer. Lee is totally committed to providing the best customer experience with attractive pricing, in-home demos, fair trades, and add-on services you might not even imagine like installing an end point router to wirelessly connect my internet service to my system between rooms.

Came in just asking about something for my dad and was greeted by the most amazing genuine people ever. I’m youngish (and I think clearly don’t have the budget for a lot of the high end stuff in there) but Dave answered all my questions genuinely and even gave me a really awesome tour and demo. He never seemed judgmental and made me feel really comfortable asking any questions I had. I really, truly recommend this place. I’m only going to be buying equipment from here from now on. Loved it. (Edit: I JUST NOW realized I was supposed to call before I showed up. Absolutely shocked they were so kind and welcoming considering I just showed up. It’s nothing like some big name store. 11/10)

I have been purchasing stereo and speakers (mainly Klipsch) from Simply Stereo for over 20 years! There are dozens of sound systems and related gear to look over in person. Listening rooms, an assortment of amps and receivers, a great variety that reminds me of Axpona. The people here are honest and answered any questions I had - I appreciate that in this particular industry where perception of quality and subjective opinion on sound can lead to untruthful claims. Great price, great experience, would recommend.

This place is terrific. One feels they are chilling in a friends living room when they visit the store. Each time Ive visited Ive felt welcomed. Clearly Lee and Dave are driven by the satisfaction of their customers above all. No upselling, a genuine interest in the customers opinion, and an overall feeling that you are in it with them as you search for audio wonderfulness. Pricing is fair, competitive and transparent. Why go to a big box store when you can support a small business with its heart in the right place? Check them out. You wont regret it.

Highly knowledgeable staff on all home audio, and video needs. Lee and Dave were able to quickly and accurately answer all of my questions during the evaluation process. Even after purchase they continue to provide excellent guidance and support, and do so in a timely manner!

In the audio industry and lots of industries its all about service and Dave delivered. Dave sold me a used component they had for a great price and configured everything so it would be play ready as soon as I got home.

Slow transformation to the perfect sound studio for picking out sound systems. However what has been done gives you an idea of whats to come.I am far from being an expert on sound systems but this place has you covered. Dave and Lee will take care of your sound system needs.

I have been to simply stereo when it was located on Higgins and they always provided knowledgeable and exceptional customer service. When I heard they moved I was interested to see the new location and look into purchasing a new piece of equipment. I was given expert advice and explained that given my current system I would not benefit with the piece of equipment I was looking for. I just saved money. Dave was seriously helpful when I came in. The environment is very relaxed and is a perfect place to audition gear. As I was auditioning one pair of speakers Dave kept bringing others to try, actively searching for the right speaker for me. Cannot recommend Simply Stereo enough, outstanding service.

Before you buy, you can take the equipment home and listen to it where it’ll be used which makes all the difference in the world. Wow. Talk about service. I worked with Rod and Dave on my project and was blown away by the attention to detail and willingness to go outside the box. Admittedly, their billing is a bit old-fashioned - based on trust and handshakes, but that stuff works for me. Good people. Will definitely return and send friends no matter the distance!

A must visit! Free install on cartridge. There really is more than 2 screws...let them do it right. Knows their stuff and not out to rip you off.

There is nothing like experiencing in-person, the sound of quality audio from the experienced staff here.I had an excellent experience with Ken, who is straightforward, honest, and very knowledgeable. I originally ended up with an outstanding pair of speakers that substantially exceeded my expectations, and now I have 2 pair. This store, Ken, and the owner (Rod), and Dave have a ton of experience and really help the customer to get what he or she needs without any of the used-car salesman feel. A rare instance of old fashioned excellent service and knowledge (and I am young)...I have bought two pairs of speakers and a subwoofer, and I am very happy with my purchases and their straightforward good service.

Rod and his team provide absolutely the best customer service and their selection of speakers and equipment are better than youll find anywhere else. Having traveled around and listened to a number of other speakers, I was blown away by the Klipsch RF-7 II. Rod and his team installed a whole new home theatre setup for me and I couldnt be more pleased. Ill keep going to them again and again for my AV needs.

Its unfortunate stores like these are going out of business to the big box stores where the employees dont know the difference between HDMI and component, but I digress.I bought a ton of speaker equipment from Simply Stereo and they worked with me for about a month while I tried different speakers, amps, pre pros etc. They let me try things out at home and if I liked them great Id pay for it, or if not try something else. What big box offers that?!I ended up purchasing all paradigm/Anthem products for my HT:3 x Paradigm Reference 100s v5s for LCR2 x Paradigm Reference ADP-590 v5 for Surrounds1 x Paradigm Reference 10s v5 for Rears1 x Anthem AVM50v Pre Pro1 x Anthem MCA50 Power Amp for surrounds and rears1 x Anthem MCA30 Power Amp for LCRI hope they stay in business - great service, prices and very knowledgeable staff.
