The employee Ela profiled my daughter. Following her around the store asking her was she here 2 days ago and constantly asking you find anything you want like she was stealing. Then she followed my daughter out the store and walked in front of MY car reading my license plate. When I asked her why she said “I was just looking” then went back in store. She sure didn’t have a problem taking her money. 00 ⭐️ if I could.

Very helpful and attentive customer service. Thanks to Ila I was able to pick out an optimal meal replacement, pre-workout, and multivitamin. I am very pleased and will definitely be revisiting in the near future!

8/27/21 5:10pm. Really Bad experience at this palatine location GNC. She lied to me. And I felt discriminatory treatment. Very Very rude customer service. She has no idea how serious head concussion is. She will say they have everything there through the phone but when you go there no… and I asked her why she’s keep smiling while I’m sad and mad, she said that’s her job… !!?

This GNC location has a variety of options when it comes to protein and other things. The lady that works at the store provided with help and information about different types of proteins. Good store, recommend for my gym bros

There is no returns on anything you buy here! Exchanges only. The only option was to order some supplements so my money does not to waste. The owner told me she will call when my order is in but that never happened. It has been over three weeks!!!Just to provide an update, four months later and still no call from the owner.

Good store for vitamins, supplements and more. I go here every month. Always good stock. Clerks are very helpful and very knowledgeable. Good price in store deals.
