These guys are the best in town. The customer service is as good as it gets, I was treated like a friend from the moment I walked in, never any pressure whatsoever. Was very interested in a MT-07 but wanted to think it over so they offered a free 24 hour hold so I could think on it. After shopping around town all day I was surprised that the bike was even in my price range. A different shop earlier in the day quoted me almost 3k higher for the same bike. Everyone in the shop was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to offer advice and answer questions. It was such a night and day difference from other dealers I had dealt with that same day. I bought my MT-07 the next day and by the time I arrived at the dealer all the paperwork was essentially done, the bike was serviced, spotless and full of gas. There was a very slight scratch on the handle bar that I didn’t even notice. Zack pointed it out and told me not to worry, he had already ordered a replacement. Maybe 40 min after I walked in I was on my way home with my new bike. I’m telling you, I don’t write many of these reviews but these guys deserve it. If you want a motorcycle, atv, dirt bike or water craft I really encourage you to give Brandon, Zack and the team a chance to work with you. I could not have been more impressed and I will certainly be a return customer.

My first visit to St. Johns Powersports was last year when I was considering buying a side by side ATV. My first positive experience coupled with his ability to conquer the competition led me to buying my very first Yamaha! These guys are amazing! We looked online and called all over from South GA to Orlando trying to find a SXS. No one seemed eager to help or provide info over the phone. We just didnt want to drive hours for nothing or it not be in stock but....We called St Jphns Powersports at 3pm on a Saturday, Brandon answered all of our questions over the phone, we did our application online and wa-la! They sold us a Polaris. Zack was wonderful, showed us all accessories, explained everything to us. Answered so many questions. The whole team there was great. Couldnt be happier! Thanks so much!

Best buying experience I have had. Called for a quote on a scooter and got a great price. Picked it up and was out the door in less than an hour. Worth the drive for great prices and customer service. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Call for a quote and you will get a fair price. Blows the other dealers out of the water! Answered all my question, got me approved, and took my ski home all in one day. Thank you CarolineI chose to go back to this shop because they are honest.I brought them a used R6 years ago with a issue while running. Another shop that did my plugs had told me I needed a $200 programmer and a tune to get it right total about $400.I took it for a second opinion and it was only that the shop before did not use the sealant on the coil pack causing a miss fire. $40thank you for your honesty you have won my return purchases in the future.

We bought a Yamaha Side by Side and Zack was great to work with in helping us choose the right one for our family. Then, their service department fixed our Polaris 4-wheelers when another powersports shop couldn’t. St John Powersports is terrific all around.

I have stopped in here a few times to look around and they have an average selection. They said they can order what you want and have them in, in a few days. I have never bought a motorcycle here, but I do by my parts here. They have a great selection of oils and chain lubes and other necessities for your bike. Staff is friendly and will to help.

I do not even want to give them 1 star. I called and got a quote on a price to change my tire on my motorcycle. They quoted me $60. I thought this was a fair price and decided to take my bike there. Everything went well dropping the bike off. But when i went to pick it up the bill was almost $110. They had but a inner-tube without my consent and tried to charge me for shop supplies. When i confronted them on why my old inner-tube was bad (only had 6k miles on it) they said nothing, that they always replace the tube. I asked them about the belly band that protects the tube from the spokes on the rim and they said it was fine. From my experience you always replace the belly band because that is what wears out first. I asked to see mt old tube and they said it was not available. So i told them i would not be paying for the tube since my old tube was not available. Then they proceeded to try and charge me a $4.99 fee for shop supplies. I asked him what shop supplies they need to change a tire. The told me compressed air..........., really????? Compressed air? So after paying the final bill i walk out to get on my bike, the wheel was not balanced and my front tire had dirt and rub marks all over the white wall from the tire clamp. They refused to clean it off and told me rims with spokes cannot be balanced.... so i asked them why did it have a clamp on spoke weight from the last tire on it when i dropped it off?? He could not answer that question. So after getting home i took the wheel off myself and took it to First Coast for balancing. They balanced my tire for me and it was off 1.5oz. Looks like they need to get a more professional service department at St. Johns powersports. I am a Mechanic myself, with a management degree and i never treat customers this way.

Took my 2018 rzr 900s there for repairs. Walked in and everyone was friendly with hellos. Met Dion, service manager at his desk. Explained the problem, dead pedal, he was very friendly and took time to listen to my story. He said itll take 48 hrs before they can look at it and $100 an hr for diognostics, ok, thats fine. Turns out, he called me later in the day, said they found the problem and only took a half hr to diagnose so it would be only $50!! The repair was covered under extended warranty. Had it back in a week after parts were ordered and installed. $50 was my bill!!All in all, great guys, no BS, not out for your money and great work. My new dealer for everything..Definitely recommend St Johns Powersports for all repairs!

I contacted several dealers by email through Atv-trader only. Chuck, the sales manager got back within minutes and way after hours. He was the only dealer that actually answered my questions and gave an out the door quote as requested. Then, there’s Caroline. Fantastic to deal with her. She was unbelievable. We had several phone conversations while I was out of town for work. She handled everything quickly and efficiently and got back to me quickly. On the day of the deal, I made the 2+ hour drive up, and as promised, everything was perfect, from the Polaris UTV, to the paper work and prep taken care of by Chuck. I believe in taking care of businesses who take care of me. I’ll call them first for my Powersports needs when purchasing my next one.

DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!! They lied to my wife and I about the payment on our Yamaha Viking and after months of trying to get someone to fix the problem they just stated they couldn’t do anything. Chuck the manager said to volunterly give it up and they will try to sale it but that would ruin our credit. The customer service is horrible. The side by side it self is a fun piece of equipment so it gets the one star. Not the dealership!

Tried to get warranty work done on my week old ranger 570. It broke an axle in the 1st week. Polaris says this supposed to happen. 6 atvs and I have never broken an axle. Thanks for the great support polaris.

Been searching for a 2017 RZR 1000 HighLifter and they had it, no BS with super fast processing of documents and was home riding my bad ass RZR before sun down, think about that before you buy!

Id been shopping for a yamaha raider... the dealership in Jacksonville had been jerking me around on price for one whered theyd listed it as one price - but the out the door price was 1600 more than what they listed it as (tax/title only made up 850 of that)... Anyway... I decided to look online to see if anyone close had a similar bike. St. Johns had one so I checked their price (listed at 1800 lower). Gave them a call and asked them for the out the door price... The salesman was top notch (Chuck) and, told me about $175 for title/registration and then tax... nothing else. So - after adding it up - it was $2700 cheaper than the price in Jacksonville. I planned to pick it up the next day... they had it ready to go... paperwork took no more than an hour to get signed and done up... This was the least painful experience Ive ever had purchasing a car or bike. Chuck was super helpful in getting the accessories ordered that I wanted as well. I think they do a lot of 4-wheel/dirt bike business... but, Ill be recommending them to people in Jacksonville for street bikes as well. You wont get this honest/upfront approach at other dealers from my experience. I highly recommend them.

I went there back in 2007 and dealt with a guy named JC - he was the manager i think. He was awesome and knew his stuff! I go there a few months later, he was gone and I was treated like crap! Couldnt get my part correct of what I was wanting, then the sales guy was a total jerk! They needed to keep JC and fire the other guy!Been there again - reluctantly and recently, same crap! AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COST!
