Ive been on hold for almost a hour....listening to the staff is busy answering other calls...please hold on their are more than 3 callers ahead of you..... they are totally ignoring these calls...

Doctor called in script at 8 am and was told by the pharmacist they had plenty. At 11:00 called to check in script pharmacist denied having got it. Doctor called again and spoke with pharmacist and was assured it would be filled. At 7 pm went to pharmacy to find out where script was and was told out of ivermectin for covid. No excuse for this rotten service by this company. The script was called in with plenty of time to fill and was assured it would be by the pharmacist. Poor excuse for a pharmacist and pharmacy. No reason for them to sit on this script order for that many hours without filling.

Terrible service at the Palatka Walgreens. Automated system is evidently a joke. Expect a 2 hour wait at minimum. When you call and actually get to speak to someone, they say its ready, yet when you get there, at least one isnt ready. They have no respect for your time whatsoever. Im switching to CVS. They certainly cant do worse.

I hate that they changed up this whole Walgreens. It used to be open 24/7 and this was my go to place if someone woke up in the middle of the night sick and i needed meds and now they dont open till 6am. Then they cut the store in half to add Aspen Dental so now they dont even carry most of the things i used to stop in for on my way to work. I stopped this morning to buy a few first aid items and there first aid isle was so tiny i found nothing i needed. I went from stopping here a few times a week to a few times a year.

Update.... Still waiting since Saturday for them to transfer my prescriptions to cvs pharmacy that actually takes my insurance....Waited 20mins last night in line for pharmacy, told me a price for my two prescriptions, would take an hour to fill and realize so decided to come the next morning. Next morning waited another 20-25 mins for them to now tell me they dont take my insurance.... Ridiculousness why wouldnt you tell me that the first night I was there instead of wasting my time..... Do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone

If I could give this store 5 negative stars, I would. Worst customer service I think Ive ever had at a walgreens. Waited 2+ weeks for medication, for my son,, that they just couldnt get in (without letting me know they couldnt get it in) then when they did get it in, it was given to someone else. Waited on hold 4 times for about 20 min each and got hung up on....4 times. Waited in the line for over 40 min to get a rx that when I got up to the window, they asked me to pull around again. Worst worst worst pharmacy ever.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever had to deal with..you cant even get them to answer the phones without accidentally hanging up then when you do get through (& who knows how long that wait will take..im not even going to tell you how many times I just tried to call) the guy theyve got answering the phones cant even answer basic questions! My 12 year old could give better customer service..talk about incompetent! I just want all my stuff transfered! I will NEVER use walgreens again!

Worst pharmacy I ever been to! Horrible costumer service. Me and my mom were visiting from out of town and were just needing 2 pills for the rest of our trip, mind you these are not a narcotic. We called and they said it had been filled and we could go pick it up. We arrive up there and they said they were unable to do anything. Now we are having to end our vacation early because they have us the run around. Thanks for nothing Tora and Susy!

4 hours and 2 trips for them to take 20 after I got an attitude for them to finally get our meds ready, but it gets better. The 2nd trip, I was informed that they didnt even put the freaking script into the system. Forget these people and never go here.

This review is for the pharmacy.I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 5 years. Pharmacist Chris and the pharmacy staff always bend over backwards to help any way they can. They are professional, knowledgeable, and responsive with any problems that arise.Palatka is lucky to have the staff who work in this pharmacy serving our community.

Everyone in the store and pharmacy part are always willing to help and do their best. Most people giving bad reviews are probably the customers cussing out the poor staff. They always do their best. Love this walgreens!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. Every time I have to have meds filled they always give me problems. I will be calling home office to report this.

Very poor customer service. They are grossly incompetent people as they are crass and. Not helpfulI have a benefit from my insurance for OTC free products. The pharmacist could be bothered to answer questions for me in detail as requested. I also agree anout Aspen being a total rip off and gouging for thrir servicesI would suggest that you go to CVS.

The most unfriendly pharmacy. One girl in the pharmacy is just a nasty person. But its ok, the manager Heather GRAHAM IS ON IT. I apologize to the rest of the store.

My husband who is a 20 Year US Marine Veteran, after going to the VA, brought his prescription to get it filled and was met with a How is it you dont have to pay for your medication? by Pharmacy Staff....then questioned his TriCare, and said it wasnt going through, they were using the wrong SS number..... Seriously????? Guess they dont feel his earned his right to free medical care and medicine......

I tried looking for Walgreens Corp Office to leave this review, but failed. Walgreens, Aspen Dental has hurt a lot of people. I see you have black marks on your reputation as well, but I cant see how you possibly could come close to their record of causing horrible pain to so many people. You see I know from experience they like to look for those who appear weak; such as those on disability or those financially challenged. The fewer of these types of victims ever get noticed, but this time they preyed on someone with a brain and DESIRE to warn as many people as possible to stay away from Aspen Dental. Boycott Aspen Dental is not possible for you since you invited them into your store. With this one pilot program I hope their evil is revealed. And if it is revealed without any concern from Walgreens Corp Office, I promise you, Boycotting Walgreens will be our next task after we get past our first year anniversary!!! Do the right thing....part ways now! Dont let them take you down with their reputation of greed.

I agree with the other comments regarding terrible service. My parents have used Walgreens for over 20 years. I will say though that the last 4 or 5 times I have been in there I have seen a major improvement. There is hope yet. Pray for their continued improvement.

Nice place for your every day needs. They have a little bit of everything. I usually shop here for the sales items (Sundays Flyer). If it is not on sale, it is usually about 20% higher then Walmarts, just down the street. The staff is very eager to help, but sometimes the check out line is slow. You are able to get a passport photo here if you wish and they have a pharmacy on the premises.

They pick and choose what rules they feel like following each time Im in there.

Always good friendly service, but sometimes the people getting their medicine need to be more courteous. I would rather have them going slow in filling my Rx & get it right, than be quick & get it wrong. This includes checking on drugs reacting with each other to keep me safe.

I dont understand why the manager wont honor the price that is on Walgreens website? Huge discrepancy in the price difference. She was rude and just could not explain why she wouldnt/ couldnt honor it... Its not like the money is coming out of her pocket.

The pharmacy is pathetic...they get confused on the easiest of prescription requests then make excuses when asked about their mistake. They say they will call another pharmacy to get prescriptions transferred but never call. CVS is much better!

Worst Walgreens pharmacy that Ive ever been to. Always backed up and in 4 or 5 visits prescriptions have NEVER been ready on time. I fill my prescriptions via email using Walgreens email service which reminds me when scripts are due for refill. The last time I emailed at 8:30 am requesting a noon pickup....plenty of time, right? Wrong! Prescription wasnt ready at 4pm and I had to stand in a line which took about 1/2 an hour to be told...then had to sit another 20 minutes while they finally worked on it. And the drive through....forget it. Lines clear out to the street and moving just as slowly. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, or at least choose another Walgreens. Ill be going to Gainesville from now on since Im about half way between the two. Have always had good service there.

Poor service if you want to be treated like you are crap then this is your store. If you want to wait 8 hours for them to check a voice mail then this is your place or if you like being lied to then this is your place. I go to kmart now I wouldnt go back to this place for any reason

This pharmacy is absolutely the worst. Waiting for a week to fill a prescription. Pharmacist is unwilling to provide much needed assistance to complete this order. This is a common problem here. Many times the order is confused and trying to get the staff to understand is impossible.

Prior to moving to the Palatka area last year, I had a relatively high regards for Walgreens. Our experience with this store has changed that. I have had numerous issues with Walgreens and this store. Of note is being charged $38 for a prescription that usually costs less than $5 because their computer system was down prior to Hurricane Irma.On numerous occasions, we have dropped off prescriptions and were told it would be 20 minutes. Well, after 20 minutes, you wait in line again for another 15 minutes to get to the front of the line and then are told it is not ready yet and it will be another 10 minutes. This seems to occur every time we go there. It gets worse. On one recent visit, we were told 20 minutes, so we left the store to go shopping and returned 90 minutes later, waited in line for 15 minutes and were told it wasnt ready yet and would be another ten minutes.This week, i logged into the Walgreens website to find a prescription I had requested auto refill on, was dropped. So, via the website, I requested a refill to be available at the Palatka store at 10AM the next day. At 11AM the next day, i have received no notification from Walgreens. So I login to the website again and it says to call the pharmacy. We call and they say it will be ready at 12PM. We show up at the pharmacy at 12:45PM, wait the obligatory 15 minutes to get to the front of the line, and are told the prescription isnt ready yet and it will bee another 10 minutes!People, either this store or Walgreens or both are broken! Find another drug store.

Incompetent pharmacy. They tell me a prescription will be ready. Then they tell me it’s ready. Then 2 days later they tell me it can’t be filled for 9 days. Then they finally submit it.

Longest wait time for meds...I think 4 hrs is a long time for someone who just got out of surgery. ...always been slow ..super slow...never seen a pharmacy so slow...

Terrible pharmacy! The staff lacks training. I brought several prescriptions to the pharmacy where they tried to fill with brand name, which my insurance does not cover. When I called the corporate office they indicated that Walgreens policy is to fill with generic first, which the staff did not do. On top of that they told me they ordered the generic, which still had not arrived in 7 days time. This pharmacy gives Walgreens a bad name!

It is ridiculous to have to sit and wait in a drive-through for 30 plus minutes to get a prescription or for someone to even come to the window. I only go to Walgreens if its an emergency and I cannot get my medication filled through express scripts! I wish Tricare would switch back to CVS!

3 visits and Im done with this place. You have to stand in long lines with 1 clerk working. Air conditioning broke or set in penny pinching mode. I finally got waited on to get Sudafed and they were out of the Walgreens brand, both 10 pack and 20 pack. Get with it Walgreens!
