Called and was told to come in. So we go in and was told to sit in waiting area and fill out paperwork. All this took about 15 minutes. Then the guy working there comes over and tells me that I need a mask after having him talk to me and direct me to fill out paperwork. I told him I did not have 1 with me and he then told me to get out. He could have said this in the beginning instead of waiting. Also he didnt say it nicely he was rude about it. I know my glasses are over $500 so to be treated this way Ill go where Im welcome!
I need new glassesI need a prescription for these newI cannot wear a mask Due to a jaw infection, the cdc has exclusionary laws for legitimate medical reasons such as this but I was denied service, note in anticipation of this I did bring a negative corona test result from my doctors appointment earlier this week. If you are so scared dispite proff some ones not infected then just quit your job and stay home. Im not a anti mask person but in this case with negative test result and medical papers stating why I can not wear a mask
I’ve called over 5 times just today and no one has answered but yet it’s by appointment only right now. It’s sad that the front desk can answer in the store and yet the eye center can’t.

Why schedule an appointment with them if they take all the walk ins that showed up the same time you did. I took the time to schedule the appointment and show up 15 mins prior to still be sitting here for an hour. Watched 2 walk ins go ahead of me. Smh
What is the name of the doctor ? His first name is Tim last name starts with a H....cant find it anywhere
