Staff is always helpful and try to make sure that you get the best discount. They get to know you and are always friendly. Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Check them out when you get a chance!

Its a shame when they advertise a huge mattress sale and barely have anything in stock and tell you to pay now and receive it in 10-14 weeks. They dont tell you its not in stock until you make a decision and ready to buy.

We went to find some lighted garlands for Christmas. I had seen them advertised at Michaels for about $6 more. We ended up buying 2 garlands for $10 each because they were long enough and good quality. They had lots of Xmas decorations and well probably go back for more! The store was clean and required masks.

Hadnt visited since the pandemic started. I loved the new layout. We were greeted when we walked in. I was disappointed in the halloween decor and candy selection. Employees were friendly, shelves were well maintained, and the store was clean.

Bought a recliner chair for my Dad and husband!! The ladies in the back loaded me up and make sure you got a big lots card cause u also get discount!! Excellent place to shop for all needs!!!

I always like roaming the isles in Big Lots. Many items are of very low quality, and the furniture is very overpriced for the build caliber. However, the food selection always has rare finds. For this fact alone, I give it 4 stars.

Easy to reach, plenty of parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stock a little on the low side, probably due to COViD.

I usually really like this store, but today it was sold out of a few things I go there specifically for. Kinda disappointed but I always find things I like to make the trip worth while.

Cashiers had no control of people piling up at registers. People were not adhering to the personal space rules and made us very uncomfortable.

You never know what they have, sometime you can get a good deal.

If I could have given them no star I would have.. big lots is the most overprice, worst quality, terrible customer service and even worse whoever is keeping up with their inventory on the web should be fired. They tell you they have a product that they dont after you drive 40 miles to get there... I am very surprised this company is still in business !!

Compared to places where staff is indifferent, or always new due to high turnover, this unit is a pleasure to do business in.Its on Hwy. 19 at the corner of St. Johns Ave., in the same shopping center as Goodwill and Tractor Supply.

Typically I dont have issues at this location, however I bought a $800 sectional and they did not have the recliner. I checked a couple times and they said they has a couple in transit and would call me when it arrived. They did and also said they had one on the floor as well. Thats great because Id like to sit in it before speaking dont $300. When I get there to pirchase it, there wasnt a floor model dn o was told at had to buy it before I could sit in it as it came in a box. Ok, I get that, but lets be real here... Who is going to buy a recliner without making sure you like it? What a waste of my time.

Liking BigLots less, since they raised prices & are funneling off brands made with cheap materials. Some of their items are even higher priced than Walmart.

Theres variety of items such as snacks, drinks, foody items hair products, kitchen accessories, soaps, and more and including home furniture too choose from for your home or as a gift. I give it A five stars.

It used to be an ok place to shop at but unfortunately my last visit was a bad experience. We bought a new bed frame and box spring but when we got home I realized we wouldnt need the box spring. I called to question the Covid 19 return policy and someone claiming to be the store manager said we would normally be able to return it but we were given the wrong frame by a clerk and that we cannot return the box spring due to the clerk given us the wrong frame. I asked to speak to his manager, he would not, he said he was the store manager and gave me a 1-866 number to speak to corporate but that was a dead end. Maybe that guy is just having a bad day or this is just how the store is run today. Either way I wouldnt buy anything that you may need to return later like furniture.
