Very disappointed.. Just bought a home with a pool, previous owners recommended this company. We asked for their service to come out, clean the pool and tell us what we needed to do to maintain it as we are new to owning a pool. The company promised me the pool would be good to go for my daughters birthday party Saturday. After they came out 3 different times the pool was still not clean. I called the company to inquirer if it had been cleaned and Phillip answered who said he cleaned it personally. I told him it did not look clean to me and I was very disappointed with the service. He didnt seem to care just kept saying that he cleaned it. There were tracks through the dirt on the bottom of the pool were you could see they ran the vacuum across it, a line of dirt on the side of the pool at water level and visible floating debris. Friday afternoon got a call from another worker of the company who wanted to come out for a 4th time to try and make it right but by then we decided to just find a different company to service us because our patience and confidence was gone.Danielle and Billy were very nice, the company just didnt give us the job we had hoped for in the timeframe promised, need some tech work.
