Called and asked could they install tires on my bike and was told to come on in. Arrived and was told the machine has been down for 2 weeks. I have been trying for a month to get tires installed and I’m being turned away every time...... We don’t have time!!!!!!! When Mr Chuck was their I never had this problem. I was blazing across Texas outside of Rusk TX and had a rear tire blowout on my Goldwing. It was Friday on the 4th of July weekend. It was close to closing time and I was at least 25 miles from H&W. I was in a bit of a pickle stuck on the side of the highway. I called H&W because it was the closest Honda shop according to my GPS. I spoke with a gentleman named Collin. Collin said without hesitation. “I’m coming”. Man oh man were those some sweet words to hear from the side of the highway. He showed up with a trailer, hauled me to the shop where they installed a new rear tire in record time. I just can’t say enough good things about Collin and the staff at H&W. These are good professional people. Absolute top shelf dealership.

I had a small issue with the bike, nothing to do with the dealership and was very minor, but they literally shipped me the parts to Austin to fix it, on them. Like wow, that don’t happen anymore. Live out of town - call & asked for a new accessory part - said they had it. They didnt. Sold incorrect 2015 part - had the actual 2018 model THERE onsite for maintenance. Boxed part, so didnt know till we got it home it was wrong. wont go back ever

Very disappointed with the sales department. The sales rep Mr. LaRue was nice at first but didn’t know a lot about the mowers other than what was on the spec sheet and seemed irritated with questions I had. The store manager was nice and most of the staff were great. I was quoted an “out the door” price 3 times on the phone. Drove 40 miles only to find the price was almost $500 more with tax (not out the door pricing). We were not able to make a deal. Broadway power sports in Tyler met my needs and got my business with a newer mower, less hours and a better price. Sorry We couldn’t make a deal H&W Palestine.

After ordering parts from another dealer, then having to dispute the charges after 30 days of receiving nothing, gave these guys a shot. Easy online order system worked great. Excellent communication with instant email updates. Parts were shipped fast, and exactly as I ordered. All at the best price online. Will definitely be using them for all future parts needs.

I ordered some motorcycle parts online on April 11th... weeks later and no confirmation of shipping. I called on the 28th and spoke to an older man, and he said they were waiting on the alternator cover from Honda. Okay. I get that parts go on back order. So he offered to send out the other things I had on fedex and then the cover when it comes in. Fine with me.Another two weeks later and still no parts or shipping confirmation. I called again asking for tracking information and there was a younger sounded parts guy on the phone. Put me on hold for 15 minutes and then the older man picked up the phone and told me my stuff still hasn’t left, and that it should be going out today. Told him just to cancel my order and refund my money since the parts haven’t left yet... once I said that, he instantly got an attitude. He faked some sympathy about how “I’m sorry you feel that way.... ups only picks up once a day” I KNOW carriers only pick up once a day, and now he was saying it’s going on ups?! I work in a shipping department of a dealership and my boss and our parts salesmen would have my head on a platter if I acted like this. So now he’s getting even snottier and I’m just asking for my money back. The line went silent and I asked if he was going to cancel it. He said yes he’s doing it right now. Then he hung up on me.Two days after that phone call I still don’t have a shipping confirmation or a refund pending on my credit card.-7/10 do not recommend... The website I ordered the parts from was hondapartsdirect.com. I’ve had great luck with bike bandit and Honda parts warehouse

The worst place of business I’ve ever taken anything to get repaired or serviced...It took them 6 months to rebuild a carburetor and I was overcharged for that...

Purchased a gasket set from them over 3 weeks ago. Never received tracking info. Called them after 10 days and asked about it. They said they shipped it regular mail (even though I paid $13 for traceable expedited). Guess what, another 10 days have gone by and nothing. Seems they are either uncertain of their orders, or are pulling a fast one. Either way, I will not do business with them again, and suggest the public do the same. In the middle of a dispute to get my money back currently. BUYER BEWARE!

I blew a rear tire on a can am spider, after wasting a whole day wiith another dealer, which has dropped the bike line, I came here and they bent over backwards to get a tire changed and me back on the road, and they never charged one penny extra, in many ways, I wish my local dealer 180 miles away, would be even half as good as these people. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

. Recently purchased a 2011 Harley Electra Glide Ultra Limited from H&W Honda. The previous owner kept the audio cords to the helmets. I have Aria Helmets with J&M headsets from my Goldwing and figured I would have to replace the helmets and headsets. After talking with Raymond, he was able to verify that all I needed was new lower cords for the Harley from J&M. He ordered them and they were in the next day. Wife happy, so you know I am too. Dropped my bike off while I was going out of town, knowing that they were about a week or so behind with new work coming in. one of the carbs was giving them a bit of trouble but they finally got it figured out and the bike is tuned perfectly and runs better than ever.

Took my Polaris to Honda shop H&W Sports and had a great experience there. They fixed it and made it run great. Took it out back of their shop and rode it ( for all it was worth). YEE-hah! Took it to Polaris over a year ago, they could not fix it. Took it to an individual in Athens he couldnt fix it. Someone told me to take it to Honda,??? In a short time they called, said it was running good. I should have taken it there first. An expensive lesson. I will know next time and so will you. Thanks Lee!

This people were once dependable, but its a circus there now. I took an ATV in for repairs. They called, said its fixed. Got it home, still leaking gas. Took it back, after 5 trips (300 miles total) and two weeks they still couldnt fix the problem and wanted over 400.00 more (I had already paid them 258.00) to repair the ATV. Service area is a mess and they didnt call me back once--I had to call each time. Avoid this headache.

Great business and people. Always willing to help and will point you in the right direction when they cant.

Paid 3200 cash for a Ds90 for our son...3 months after it started having problems with the gears so we took in they had it from august to december and when it came back home we find that now you have to kick start it because the key no longer works.....not happy with them and will take money to Tyler next time

I am restoring a 83 V65 Magna and needed about $600 worth of Honda parts including seals, fasteners, and brake parts. I found H&W online with easy to navigate menus and parts diagrams. Prices were great and among the lowest I could find online, especially on small items like nuts and bolts (some sites charge > $3.00 each). After placing my order I had a few questions and DeAnna was quick to both reply and address my questions. Thoroughly impressed and will be back for more!

A little off the beaten path, but a great Honda shop. I ordered on the phone and one day later picked up my Grom. These guys knew their stuff, priced it fairly, and werent any sales gimmicks. Was not too happy with my experience here. Took my jet ski to do a carb rebuild i made the mistake of buying an aftermarket carburator kit and took some time to find the right parts but my jet ski sat in there shop for 3 months. And i recieve it back with a blown head gasket. Was given the option to leave it there for them to fix but i decided not to. More than likely will not make a trip back

I called to ask for the ATV model on sale and first he told yes they had two and gave me price fort out the door of $6300. Then a I asked him if he would go down to $6100 so he told he would call me back after he s asked Manager. Ok, so he call me back and saids he can’t find this model atv for price that Im talking about that they more expensive then that and asked me I could send him a picture of what Im seeing on. Then he calls me back after I send him picture of Ad and tells me that he can honor the price but the two ATV that he had were already sold. He tells that he will find me one for that sale price and call me back. He never called back, this is my third time dealing with this ON SALE PRICE gimmicks. I actually went to one dealership in person with a same Sale getting rid of older atvs just so they can tell me that they didnt have anymore. This false adverstising is a waste of time thats funny how they put their ads on online but I had to send him proof cause he didnt know what I was talking about.
