I’ve needed a car for the longest time! I’ve shopped around at multiple places but I came to Allstate Ford and got into the car of my dreams within the hour! Everyone is more than accommodating and it was a wonderful overall experience.

(3 days ago)They changed the oil, rotated the tires and checked their wear, and looked over the whole truck for any possible warranty need. Its a FORD F250 so all is well. The service writers are professional and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable.(Today)All WAS well until I found the synthetic oil that was suppose to be used still in the box in the back seat. They put conventional oil (and charged me for it) in my truck that has only had Schaeffer 9000 premium grade oil in it. Imagine my surprise when I found the box with 7 full bottles of oil. Today, one of the service writers tells me that they dont change the oil using customer oil, but they sure took the keys to change the oil. Ive been here over an hour and 50 minutes. Im not too happy with this service experience. Service writers confirmed that they dont do oil changes with customer oil. I guess Ill spend my money elsewhere.

I wont buy a vehicle anywhere else. The entire staff is great. They are always courteous, helpful, and get my vehicle in and out in a timely manner when it goes to the service department. We have been dealing with All Star Ford in Palestine for about 3 years now, have bought 2 vehicles from them and have always been happy with them.

Service Department:Unfortunately I’ve had to take my truck there several times for some issues not dealing with the dealership. Every time the service staff is great, they take care of the problem and i get my questions answered. I feel good about the work that is/was performed and the great service I was given. I would and do recommend to my friends. Very happy and they even give me a ride to work.

Great place to get a new or used vehicle

Went to pick up a car, the staff made it easy. Everything was ready to go and everyone worked to get me back on the road. Well planned out dealership with every service you could possibly need when buying or looking for repairs of any kind.

Service department was busy but well staffed. Service writers, parts and cashier. All were professional and helpful.

Never bought a car there, but Lisa from the service department was very kind and informative, didn’t try to rip me off and even told me I could probably do some of the simpler things myself for much cheaper. The Honesty was much appreciated and very refreshing.

Got right to problem resolved quickly

I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle the day I stopped at All Star Ford in Palestine. It was just supposed to be my first of many stops “shopping”. Just over an hour later I was driving off in my new Ford Expedition! ☺️I’ve had it for one month now and couldn’t be happier with it! Melissa was a fun, professional sales associate and she really helped me make an educated decision! She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. While on our way home from town, my husband drove into All Star Ford Palestine’s parting lot. He said we would just drive through the lot and see what was there. Bailey Salmon met us at our truck door and introduced himself. He kindly offered to assist us in looking at new vehicles, offered to let us test drive whatever we were maybe interested in, and handed us his business card. Because our furbabies were with us, we made an appointment for the next afternoon. I must say we did not feel pressured or rushed or even like we were interrupting.We got a call the next morning verifying that we were still coming by to test drive vehicles later in the afternoon. When we arrived, Bailey was busy with other customers, but we were greeted and well taken care of. Melissa M. got keys so we could test drive some vehicles. Bailey checked to see if we were doing okay. Everyone was kind and friendly!We liked what we test drove but thought we might want to test drive one other vehicle. They also had not seen our trade-in. So, we said we would be back the next day. Megan greeted us as we got out of our vehicle. Bailey was on his way back from lunch. Again, everyone was kind, helpful, and professional.Needless to say, WE BOUGHT THE CAR! Bailey and his manager made us a deal “we couldn’t refuse”. Problems were resolved quickly and professionally between All Star Ford and my issues about their service dept.Owner stepped in after seeing my review and corrected my issues immediately. Thank you sir for being on top of your business and responding in order to deliver my vehicle to me within a hour or two. John Pickle your Shop Manager told me owners first name was Fernando, and l thank you for making my concerns yours too. John told me for any future issues with my car, to please contact him personally. Now l am seeing the correct attention l thought was needed.

I purchased a 2019 Ford Raptor in November of 2019 that was driven by the dealership for 5000 miles and I got some Mikey knocked off the MSRP. The salesman Johnothon great guy and so was the finance department quick and no hassle.Right before leaving the dealership I mentioned to the salesman that there was a scuff on the grill and some in the interior pieces and he mentioned that they’ll send me some touch up paint.When I got home and took a closer look I noticed that the scuff was bigger than just the grill, it was on the hood, fender, headlight and the bumper. So I called the dealership and mentioned this to them and they said go ahead and go get a repair quote to see what it would cost to repair it and I did and it was $2200. I sent the report over to the manager and the owner and it’s been couple of months without hearing back from them of how they going to take care of it.I called them numerous times and trying to be patient. I know people are busy but you have to do right by people.I’m the original owner and now the hood needs to be repainted due to the paint being cracked, due to the car being blue it was hard to notice those damages unless you get really close and zoom in on the damaged area. I didn’t think that I had to micro inspect a NEW vehicle when I purchase it. I think it’s normal to expect a new vehicle to be free of scratches and cracked paint.

Dont ever take your car here for service. I took my 2011 Edge in for brake problems. They told me my hydraulic system needed to be replaced. I paid them $1176 to have them replace it. When I went to pick up my car the brakes were the same as when I dropped it off. I talked to service manager and he asked to keep my car longer and see if they could fix the problem. They came back with one of my caliper was stuck open and my back brake pads were worn down. Paid them another $176 for that fix. Picked up my car, the brakes still werent working right. I didnt give them a third chance. I dont know why they didnt check the brake pads in the first place and I felt like they were making stuff up to fix. I called another dealership, they told me over the phone that it sounds like the master cylinder is bad. I let the other dealership service my car. It ended up being the master cylinder and the brake booster. All Star had my car for 11 days. The other dealers was done with it in 4 days and all problems were finally fixed.

Unkind customer service. My close friend was told they were too busy to see to their Ford. They could have waited too. Told them they should go down the road to anotherAuto place. (Well, they were not able to help either because Car Shield wanted certain pressure readings and that shop did not have). So Ford Dealer was wrong by not trying to offer help and suggestions of about how long theyd need to check out the car. All they wanted to do was get them out of there. And the customer was a vet and an officer in uniform. Plus they live out of town. Thats the only dealer!

The transmission in car went out and if we had driven just 200 more miles-no warranty!.. but the Living God knew my wife and I needed that car for our ministry...so he provided. The little miracle is even greater than that, because the car manufacturer had extended the warranty by 2-years but not the mileage. The car lot that did the work(great people!), even rotated the tires for free! now we have a vehicle to travel and preach the word of the Living God in these -the last days of planet Earth! So yes,..I praise his glorious name; for he is King of kings, and Lord of lords and he will always make a way for those that put faith in him(even if that Faith is as small as a mustard seed)... Amen! SJE.

Definitely stay away from here the salesman Brian straight robbed us for a down payment even other dealerships had been shocked at the fact we put so much down on a used vehicle, not to mentioned he lied about the vehicle being maintenanced by the previous owner. I took the car to a shop MIDAS had to replace the rear shocks out of pocket having the car only 5 months at that time. Now have to replace the torque converter in the transmission out of pocket. When calling the dealership to make it right and put us in another vehicle that has actually been maintenance BEFORE PUTTING IT OUT FOR SALE they give us a BS run around. All Star Ford is a joke along with the employees morally the company is fluke.

Just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from All Star, and honestly it was the best car buying experience I have ever had (out of many.) Charlie was our salesman. He was very professional, friendly, no pressure and no messing around. There was no haggling or other nonsense involved. We got a very good deal in a relaxed atmosphere.Like most people I generally dread buying a car off the lot, and going into this I was expecting the usual. After a few test drives, we knew the one we were interested in. Then came what is usually my most dreaded part, speaking to the finance manager. This is usually where they try to get you with an exorbitant warranty and other addons, or mess around with interest terms if financing... not this time! The friendly finance manager informed us of the current warranty and suggested if we want to get an additional warranty after the factory one runs out, to come on in and talk to him. Zero pressure and no sense of anything but a fair and honest deal. The entire experience took less than 3 hours, a lot of which was waiting for the detailing as they had just sold several vehicles and were backed up a bit.Overall a very pleasant experience. Did not once feel like we were being pressured or hustled, and ended up driving off the lot with a good car at a great price. I would recommend All Star Ford to anyone.

Service department needs to learn how to communicate. If you say you are going to call then you need to call. Dont leave a customer hanging when you have their car for almost two weeks. Just need to let them know it is still being worked on. I dont think thats asking a lot from a business.

I really wish every time you went to schedule service on the website that someone from the dealership side would not contact you. Every single time I request service someone from the dealership side will contact me about a new vehicle saying something like hey I saw you wrote in about coming to look at a new vehicle .... no, no I absolutely did not; I specifically wrote in I need to schedule service and listed the specific issue. Please fix yourselves.

He worked hard to get me the truck I needed for the price I wanted to be at.I own ADCOCK ROOFING & Construction and KAD CUSTOM HOMES. My businesses put my trucks through the worst abuse. Abuse that Chevrolet, Dodge or Toyota never seemed to handle. This new 6.7 F250 truck and Mr. Coodys knowledge and professionalism has me writing a 5☆ review at 2am! Bought two cars this last year from them. Staff was great and the service dept was top notch!

Went in to look at a new car. We stood outside the car the whole time talking about financing. I want to see the car before I think about buying it. He never cracked the door so I could even see inside.

Drove over a hour and a half to test drive a truck. I verified with the salesman that he had it. When i arrived i immediately noticed this was not the truck on the website. Alot of features were missing. Waste of my time and gas.
