This review isnt about Sweet Frogs as much as it was about the employee. We visited Tuesday at 1:00 every other flavor was either not frozen or out of yogurt. Half the toppings were out the spoon handles were dirty. The floor was unswept and needed mopping there were beetles crawling in the dirt on the floor. Every table was dirty and not wiped down. The yogurt machines were not wiped down they were dirty. There was no customers in the store besides us. I could understand this if the store have been busy. I cant pretend to know how it was before we arrived. The employee checked us out and quickly joined her male friend and stayed on her cell phone the whole time instead of cleaning. Its just not what I have come to expect from Sweet frogs every time I have been in there in the past the store has been clean and well stocked. I guess we just live in a do better type of world. I can understand a little dirt and stickiness if youre busy but when you sit down next to your boyfriend and do nothing it kind of makes makes you wonder how much you really want your job.

I always look at a froyo place as being for kids, so I always expect friendly employees; not the case at this location. It has been a long time since I remember actual bad customer service, so I tipped the employee hoping that she would have a better day! Froyo was ok not a lot of flavors, some machines were down, and one of the sides we picked seemed like it had been left out for weeks. Maybe it was just a bad day. I want to visit again to give a better interview soon, but now I am scared because my 5-year-old son was a little hurt by her unkind disposition.

This place has really gone down hill. The past few times I have gone it’s such a mess and half of the machines aren’t working. Not sure if it’s just because I’ve gone at the wrong times but it’s definitely not like it used to be.

I’ve been to this location 4 times. Two of those times they were closed, even though they should have been opened according to their posted hours.I went today (for the last time) because the young lady behind the counter copped an attitude with me . She was very rude. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of their poor management “skills”.

The service is very lack luster. Very few flavors to choose from at 6:30pm. Maybe teens shouldnt be in charge of the store.

I like how this frozen yogurt joint is chill! I got the blue cotton candy and cookies n’ cream yogurt! They were amazing. Even the toppings were great except the Sour Patch Kids candies. They were very hard to chew and weren’t fresh at all. That’s why I’m giving this a 4 stars instead of a 5. The person who was working that day was friendly!

They employees closed the store an hour before the posted hours!

Prices have gotten up to much. Use to be able to go with my family and only spend 8 or 10 and now it 17 to 20. I understand they have to make money but wow.

Place is perfect for a young crowd under 20, tables are small and the chairs are a molded plastic. The chairs are not made for the elderly in mind.Good yogurt and great toppings.

Place is run by a bunch of highschool kids that would rather chat than clean. Place is absolutely filthy and the toppings are stale. Overall too expensive for what you get.

Frozen yogurt was good. Place is staffed by local high school kids who seem more interested in chatting with one another then in keeping the place clean.

They didnt have shaved chocolate or peanutbutter. Nutella is my sons favorite loved to see it next time.

If anyone has had quiet a bit of Froyo then they know there are two textures for it. The creamy one and the kind that has a little graineyness to it. Sweet Frog is in the latter. The cookies and cream flavor my favorite was out of order. Overall any kind of Froyo on a 94+ degree day is good.

Really clean place but its a little expensive. I think yall should lower down the price. If yall could do anything to lower down the price I would surely appreciate it! Besides that awesome place!

Enjoyed the yogurt. Staff was more concerned with their friends than other customers. Not very friendly.
