Purchased a Phillips advanced ballast from dealers electric in palestine. I called out a well known local electric company to come out and install the ballast in my sign which is fifty feet high. The ballast turned out to be broke and I got stuck with an electrician service call fee of $150. When returning the broken product employee was very rude and had no sympathy towards the $150 service charge I incurred because they sold me a faulty ballast.The local electrician did state that this has happened before on other job sites with items purchased from dealers electric.I will not be buying anything from these guys in the future and suggest you do the same.
