Went to get a new sofa and really liked this one, i ask about delivery and it was $25. For in town, thats delivery and setup! They told me they would take $100. Off the price so i told her its sold! She ask when i wanted it delivered, she said how about in 30 min. I said yes thats great. The delivery guys were great too, overall a great buying experience! Sofa is great quality too.

Went applied and got approved love there furniture but one employee was in a bad mood made me feel uncomfortable would love to see friendly faces instead of ugly ones but got home happy with my purchase!!

Had a great experience with Davis Furniture. Went in on a Saturday morning expecting to order a sofa and love seat. The salesperson said we didnt have to order, we could have it today. We werent prepared to take it, so she said they could deliver. I said how much and when. She replied free and today. We were overjoyed. We never expected to have the furniture in our home the same day. Everyone, including the two men that delivered, were kind and courteous. We will definitely shop at Davis Furniture again!

Not closing. Decent prices and nice staff. Way better then ivan Smith because you can get same day delivery and not wait for it to be brought in from a warehouse.

As far as I know there are four furniture stores in Palestine. Blakes...Ivan Smiths, Appliance Service Center and Davis furniture. Three I believe do NOT offer complementary delivery...save Davis! On occasion over the years Ive shopped all four. I purchased a bedroom set from Ivans paying cash a year or so ago. Not inexpensive.Recently I purchased a living room set from Appliance Service Center. Paying cash. A great local family business! Realizing I needed new furnishings for my guest bedroom I opened an Ivan Smith charge account! I stopped by Ivans and was met by limited choices; {all if purchased had to be special ordered) and a salesperson who in my opinion had achieved his monthly sales goal and didnt seem too interested in my business. When I mentioned I had received an emailed promotion from Ivans and asked for more information? I got a few uhs and ums and wasnt sure!I had visited Davis earlier and was greeted by a very sweet and obviously motivated saleslady.Julie gladly showed me around presenting several bedroom groups (available immediately if desired) that might meet my needs. I was overly impressed by her professionalism and willingness to assist absent pressure! Bottom line Julies care and concern for my total satisfaction and Davis Furnitures FREE delivery including haul-a-way service is without question a winning combination. A combination that should be seriously considered by a couple or more of the aforementioned firms...especially FREE in-town delivery... considering the mark up quality furniture demands...can be comparable to fine jewelry!Julies total dedication insuring my complete satisfaction and Davis Furnitures free delivery policy resulted in my purchasing a quality bedroom set. paying cash as usual!Im closing my recently opened and unused Ivan Smith account!I strongly advise those in need of quality furniture contact Julie at Davis Furniture in Palestine.Shell make you feel right at home!The prices aint that bad either!
