I was shopping for fencing online for my newly purchased property. When I was looking for a swing gate opener, I noticed all of the basic fencing materials were all about $1 cheaper than Lowes. I immediately took my whole material order to TCO and saved over $100. The service at the store was fantastic, and the employee who helped us was a pro with the fork lift. Ill recommend to friends to always check out this company when trying to find the best prices.

Working here and being a customer has shed a lot of light on the process of TSC. The people working have the customers best interest at heart and we will stop what we are doing to help any one who has a question or trouble finding an item. We try to have everything in stock but we cant always have it due to supply and demand. The only down fall is we do not fill propane tanks, however we know of places that do so you can just ask.

I have shopped at tractor supply for some time and for the most part am happy with their products, however recently I bought a wood splitter and it had no oil, no gas, and very little hydraulic oil. I contacted the manager and he said that was their policy. I will definitely contact the corporate office just to let them know, because I bought a bad boy lawnmower their and it had everything added and tested

Recently bought some barn door hardware here. Works just like it should. Had the mulching blades and belt for our riding mower.

No toilet paper always

I buy a lot of things here because they have good bulk rates. They also have live chicks and rabbits in season. They have things here that I cant buy anywhere else in town, now. Friendly, helpful employees!

Its a Tractor Supply. Went in for hiking boots found online. They put them behind a checkout counter. Well, there was one shoe in the box. Tried it on, it fit and went back to the checkout counter to get the other shoe which took about 15 minutes. They have a problem with theft of shoes in their stores so I can understand this concept but...they need to organize this better. They do always have corn!

Made a quick stop by the Palestine location to pick up some hay for my parents horse. Didnt have the time to spend a great deal of time here, but I will say that the young man who came out to help load the hay on my truck was genuinely positive and enthusiastic...about loading hay. I must be doing something wrong when I do it. Big thanks to the very helpful employee for such a great attitude!

I have lived in this town longer than this store has been opened and have shopped there all those years. Always had good customer service and usually have what I need. But due to the recent policy changes relating to forbidding gun raffles conducted in front of their store, I believe I will travel to the neighboring town and patron Atwood’s. These raffles are in support of local children’s school scholarships. One persons complaint does not speak for the majority. A fact that your corporation will soon find out. I understand as a privately owned company you are entitled to making your own decisions just as I/we as consumers have the same freedom of choice.

Everyone is very nice and respectful. Customer service was excellent. I was able to find the items I needed. The store was very clean and organized.

Was wondering why they had signs outside advertising chicks when there none in the store. Otherwise my visit was good

Really love the store but getting someone to help you is a chore in itself. example, I ask about a replacement part for something they sell, I show them the old part but thats not good enough, I have to still tell them what is setting in front of their eyes. finally they say they are out of them or dont sell them. I ask if the can order them and they say yes but unless they know what to order it will be wrong.and to get checked out is just as hard. there will be 12 people In line and 1 person checking with 3 others personell talking and watching but not helping. almost not worth the effort of going in.

The service was great.they where very helpful in all the questions I had. I liked that the store was organized and neat with lots of stuff to buy from. The cashiers where quick and nice with a warm smile. I would recommend going to this walmart any time of the day.

Tractor supply has decided they no longer want to support the second ammendment.. Im pretty sure that more than half of their customer base are farmers, ranchers, deer hunters, that are gun owners. Not only have they refused to allow raffle ticket sales for firearms, they are also hindering fundraisers for our local youth scholarships... I will no longer shop here, Ill take my business to Atwoods...

Nice store, but every time Im in there, theyre short checkers. Its usually a wait to check out.

My dad goes there everytime he needs something such as garden stuff and stuff like that! My dad loves the store overall if you need the tools this is the place for hard workers!

Been using this store many years... Hate to say it but every since the woman assistant mgr Teresa left it has gone down hill. There still are a couple of friendly good people working there but definitely a management issue... Things out of stock, store dirty, old feed, and LONG waits to check out...Not something I have time to do. If it werent so close to home Id go elsewhere.

Nice people working there but they barely knew their own inventory. Ill still shop there but they need better training.

I always go to Tractor Supply. They always have a good selection of things that make great gifts at Christmas and all through the year.

I needed various different items. The staff knew exactly where I should look and took the time to show me. A special order item was a painless process. Its not often I leave a store feeling the trip a complete success.

I had trouble finding what I needed I even had one customer trying to help me with a purchase and then I finally found employee to help. But the employees dont seem that knowledgeable about their products. And I am handicapped and they have no electric carts. And I had to walk all the way back in to take my cart and then walk back to my car. And every step I take is very painful.

The workers arnt very friendly we go to get stuff for the farm and shavings for our nine cutting horses and the employees never help load even when their called by the cashier then last week were backed up close to the door loading a bunch of shavings and an employee walks by just going to say we cant block the front door but do they offer to help no I wanted to say we cant wait on yall to come helpand we have to back up to load the shavings in the truck.

Worst experience at TSC I have ever had! I needed assistance with making a selection for parts for my chain saw. Waited at the display (right near the checkout lanes) for several minutes before finally getting the attention of the employee there. I told her I needed help, and instead of paying another employee, she said shed be right with me after she checked out a couple customers in line. Finally, after waiting another 10 minutes, I walked out without purchasing what I came in for.

Its ok, it would be nice if places like this STOP asking for your phone number at checkout, especially when their line is way backed up and slow.

Lacked items you would expect to be at tractor supply with no info on new arrivals. Ppl just looking to punch their eight hours and leave.
