Amazing early morning experience today!!! I went in to get my son’s car rider tag laminated and to check on a few other things. The store is clean, well-organized, easy to shop. ALL staff following protocols while they approached at different points in my shopping path and asked if I was finding everything ok. I was able to get my item laminated and then went on to ask about other printing services—I was able to get mailing labels printed—store Manager Kim was able to assist me as I was shopping with my 10 month old and didn’t need his help😉. She was kind, patient, and determined to get me my labels. Her staff also follows this philosophy. This is an INVALUABLE local resource for those of us that aren’t tech savvy, don’t have the equipment at home, or feel lost when it comes to printing anything! Not to mention, it was time-saving and reasonably priced!!! I’m looking forward to my next printing purchase!

Read this to the end####The employees were and are outstanding.The issue is that the computer that you are charged to use is extremely slow and not updated. It took me two hours to do what should have taken 20 minutes.It crashed continually and even being charged at half time was entirely too much.Note to the management:I would like my fee for the time refunded to correct this issue.I am in possession of the receipt.#update# corporate reached out andManagement helped me correct the issue.!!!From 1 star to 5 star just like that .

I ordered a name badge at this location and the sales rep was able to put the ene mark over my last name. That was some amazing customer service and it made my experience extremely pleasant. Nice work!

Went there to buy a lap top, found one on clearance, was literally told by associate that is the laptop. Go to check out and rings up double the advertised price.They would not work with me, would not make it right.All I got was “our mistake, sorry we wasted an hour of your day because of our mess up”.

I enjoy going to Office Depot I like to browse and look at all the electronics and on most occasions they have several things that I want on clearance on most occasions to eat staff is very knowledgeable and the store is always clean and organized.

Had 2017 calendars out for sale prices are out of touch 50 plain envelopes for 8.99 an Amazon 8.99 gets you 150

They walked me to my items I was looking for, helped find me a better deal on one of the items and took my cart out to the truck and loaded just about everything for me.

They had what I couldnt find at Walmart - service, different supplies, easy parking, and faster check-out.

Store is fine and deals are normal. Not sure how they stay in business. Its always almost empty
