I will never, ever do business with Lincare again. They are all very nice, but so slow and incompetent at their billing practices. I literally was on the phone with them today for 1 hour and 12 minutes trying to pay my bill. I used to have insurance, now I dont, and all I wanted to do was pay off what was owed on my CPAP machine and buy it outright. Thats it. Tell me what I owe you, tell how much itll cost to buy my CPAP machine, heres my new credit card number, please charge whatever the amount is to this card, done. Thats it. 1 Hour and 12 minutes later, I had spoken to Person #1 (I cant remember her name), then Linda, then Tonya, then Person #4, then Victoria, and then Katie. It was a nightmare. They all kept telling me thats not my department, I only bill insurance, I need to transfer you here, hit this button when you hear the voicemail prompts, etc. and transferring me. Everyone was nice, but almost no one could help me until the very end. So frustrating. They dont make the CPAP or respiratory supplies they sell, so if I have to get a new CPAP machine or tubing or supplies in the future, Im going to go elsewhere. Lincare is a disorganized mess. I work in healthcare, and they are one of the worst offices Ive ever had to deal with. Nice, but incompetent and slow. I implore you, for the sake of your own sanity, to go somewhere else for your respiratory equipment and supplies. Addendum: 1/30/21 Two weeks later... Got an invoice today from Lincare. After all of that, all of the time on the phone, all of the frustration, simply asking them to charge everything I owe to my credit card, they STILL got it wrong! They sent me an invoice saying I owe more money. ALL I WANTED TO DO FROM THE VERY BEGINNING WAS PAY MY BALANCE OFF IN FULL. These people are so incompetent, its INSANE! They legitimately deserve to go out of business. I hope the entire corporation fails; theyre monsters!
Most incompetent company I have EVER dealt with.
The employees are polite and helpful; however I have never received ANY of resupplies for over 9 months.I keep getting promised that I will receive a full set of new supplies since they’re long past due.My educated guess is the issue isn’t the employees, but some bureaucratic paperwork or software issue within the company’s structure.Regardless I am extremely dissatisfied with Lincare’s services, or lack there of.

My wife went to her sleep doctor 3 months ago but she can not get her CPAP supplies.
Good place for home medical needs. Employees are very helpful.
