They have done an excellent painting job on my Lexus. Their price was the best around. Unlike other mechanics brokering the paint job, they have own painting facility, so the repair time was fast. I am very satisfied with their service overall.

I am so glad that I find Lotte Auto Body Shop in my town of Palisades Park, NJ. They were excellent in every way. To start, I had a small dent with scratches on the door of my car and needed to get some estimates. The first two places that I went to gave me higher estimates than I expected...the reason being that the whole door had to be repainted and blended. But then, thankfully, I went to Lotte. Their original estimate was $100 less than the others....plus, if I agreed to get my car fixed with them on that day they would give me another $100 off (due to the fact that they were not busy at that time and would do it for cheaper). So, I easily chose Lotte. Besides the price, there were many other great qualities about Lotte. The person who helped me at Lotte was the most professional, kind and courteous of all the places I got estimates from. And, when I picked up my car, he showed me that they had fixed an extra scratch/dent on the other side of my car, too - free of charge! Furthermore, they washed the inside and outside of my car! All this for a fraction of the price that the other auto body shops were charging. Lotte Auto Body Shop is a great value, professional, on-time/early with their service, and gives excellent results. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am more than pleased with Lotte Auto Body. They carefully took their time to install a spoiler on my car. They ensured it was centered and gave it a waterproof test. All was explained in advance before any work was executed. My car looks amazing. I recommend Lotte for any and all Auto body needs.

Definitely the best auto shop in the area. Ive been jumping shops because I was never 100% satisfied with the work and customer service other places gave but had such a good experience here. I went in to get my car checked up and Allen (I believe is the manager there) was very helpful and nice. He thoroughly checked everything I asked for and gave me honest suggestions on what I should do on the car. It is a Korean ran shop but they seemed to be good with English as well. Highly recommend here if you are looking for a trustworthy place.

Wow, this place is amazing. My wife backed her brand new Porsche macan into a light pole and needed some body work, Allen the shop manager hooked us up with a great rate at enterprise and got us a bmw X7 rental while they fixed the car. They finished one day early and also cleaned And disinfected the inside of my wife’s car. Fixed to Porsche standards and all work guaranteed. Not only do I recommend this shop it’s my new go to for anything automotive.

Worst shop i have ever been too the mechanic did not use my new oil plug cause he didnt want to get it out of my trunk and then doesnt use the oil i brought charges me 30 extra dollars for oil i didnt want in my car and then tells me they couldnt balance my tires but still charges me 120 dollars for a balance and rotate...

Best place ever. I had a big bump and scratches on the passenger door. And before I came here, I went to 3 body shops. And 2 of them told me I would have to buy a new shell for $1,800. This place told me they could fix it without changing the shell. I was hesitant at first because the 2 other places I went to told me that its impossible to pull out the dent and remove the scratches. But this place did the impossible. The bump and scratches are completely gone, and the car looks like its new again. Saved over $1,000 dollars and they fixed it completely. Definitely recommended. Best body shop in NJ.

TERRIBLE!, TERRIBLE!Please dont go this place!I had really bad experience to work done in this place recently.They had very very poor job on paint, built, customer service, everything!They also made new damage on my car, but they refused to fix it.The logo back plate was missing, a lot screws were not placed, ......And most of all, they are very dishonest and unreliable.It is totally ripped off your money and property.This is really poor unprofessional place.Please be aware folks!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! 영수증 잘 확인하세요!!!!Theyre well known to be good at matching paint colors for body repairs. But this is one of those shops you hear about that try to scam you.I brought my car after someone hit it while it was parked. I made sure my insurance paid them to fix the damages (thats my mistake--I should have had them mail me the check. Although it wouldnt have been an issue if this were the honest and professional place I thought itd be.) I checked the quote and noted that several parts were quoted to be replaced--some with new and others with aftermarket parts.Long story short, I had to take my car back in after picking it up TWICE--once because they didnt replace a part that they got paid to replace (And the way they reattached the bumper was NOT acceptable--it was still loose in places and crooked at that), and the second time because they replaced that aforementioned part with an aftermarket part after having been paid for an OEM part.Each time I went back the guy admitted the mistake, but ONLY AFTER I mentioned it offered to refund the remaining amount (for example when hed used the aftermarket part rather than the OEM part). I had them order the OEM instead.I only went because a mechanic (not body) my father knows is good recently started working there. In the end, that mechanic personally fixed all the mistakes made by the others--he mustve been put off by how it had been worked on so unprofessionally several times and how it was tainting his name having his repeat customer return due to numerous mistakes and scams.

I really recommend the Lotte Repair Shop!! I had to change the trunk, bumper and tail light due to an accident, but the staff (manager) kindly helped me and the quick service was good, and thanks to that, I fixed it like a new car!!Originally, I went to another repair shop, but I didnt like the service, so I looked for another place (I cant reveal the name). I went to a Google review and found it, but I think I did a really good job going to Lotte.

When I called a parked car wheel when it was punctured and could not move, I packed my equipment and quickly came to my place.I was able to take an urgent action with a spare tire, so I was able to go to work safely and replace it with the tire you ordered after coming to the workshop a few days later.It was a dire situation, but I was really grateful for the friendly staff who came to where I was and helped me with care. :)
