Why do you claim to close at 9PM? I dont know if this is what management wants but the doors are locked before 9PM and a clerk is at the door just to let customers out. Tonight I got there at 8:57, the door is locked and the clerk is pointing up at the clock on the wall. I know its not 9 oclock yet. I checked the time before I got out of the car. This is the second time this has happened in 2 weeks. Im done with Palisades wine & liquor! Theres another liquor store 15 seconds away.

I have had a good experience I pretty much know what I want to buy and I go in I buy it. however this last time that I went there a gentleman who seemed so eager and full of knowledge. helped me immensely. not really sure what his name was but I believe the gentleman was of Italian descent. he was sensational full of knowledge and so eager and seemed to really enjoy his job I will be back because of him alone

A fantastic selection of just about every kind of beer wine and liquor that you can imagine super friendly staff that if you cant find it theyre right there to help you . Everybody is pleasant and polite, and there to help you with anything on any questions that you have.

No clue who the woman in the front is, older lady but wow the disrespect. Not even just for the staff, the management. I hear her say something nasty every time I walk in there. My family and I adore coming here but every time she is working it’s nerve racking and uncomfortable. I’ve had enough.
