I really enjoyed using their product. Service is friendly and welcoming. Store is sparkling clean with attractive displays and just enough product on display without being overbearing. Their recommendations are spot on and not overly pushy on sales.

I have shopped for cosmetics here before, I got two clothes once, both were too big, I asked for exchange, I did not asked for a refund.They did not allow exchange for Covid reason, you can get exchange for clothes sizes everywhere, it is not against Covid code.Who can easily shop in such place. Not smart people, this store will not last....

They were selling the lotion I wanted for $26, but online on the Nature Republic site, it was $17. I guess it was my fault for not shopping online.Also, I was getting my purchase and still signing the receipt when another lady started to use the cash register for the next person. I didnt even finish the transaction and take my purchased goods yet and she was rushing to the next person. I would understand if there was a line, but there were only 2 people on line including me.

Shoppers beware..This is not Nature Republic. This is a dupe Nature Cosmetics.

Run array. Make sure that you will never deal with this store and it’s ownersI did not receive a refund for a lotion that I was allergic to Store manager called the owner. They spoke Korean to make sure that I will not understand what they are saying The owner told me that she does not give refunds to anyone for any reason.I have lost $65 and acquired an allergic reaction on the face. The store prints receipt that stateNO REFUNDMoreover Manager created an out right lie that there was a sample next to the lotion. In fact that was the last bottle for sale.

Well. Their products now are not Nature Republic brands but Etude House. They are also selling other girly stuff like hair accessories, pens, and so on.

I know I like EXO and such, but its really expensive.Plus its really far from where I live in NJ, and I got a change to go thereHence I just only got the hansaniditzers.The workers are nice also.

The manager is nasty. She is very rude to the customer and has no manner. She is very unprofessional and treat the customer with disrespect. She need to be more polite and learn manner. I would never go back there.Don’t recommend that place.

Variety of products to buy. They are top notch.

It was okay. The store was small, so the selection of products was very random. They do carry other brands like InnisFree and EtudeHouse, but they dont carry a large variety. It was also very awkward since the employees followed me around and stopped talking when I entered the store.
