When I realized how expensive repairing my old washing machine was going to be, I started shopping for a new one. Appliance Direct was over $100 cheaper than Lowes -even after my husbands military discount. When I called on Friday, a very nice man answered the phone and informed me that they had four of the model I wanted in stock. Saturday afternoon my husband and I went up there in our truck, we walked in and I said, Im here for a washing machine. The man from the phone said, You called yesterday. Heres the one you asked about. I couldnt believe he remembered. He told my husband to pull his truck up out front. Before my husband could get out of the truck, the machine - still in its brand new box was loaded up. The longest part of our purchase was hearing from the nice young man at the register about their awesome extended warranty. If you dont use it, they give you money back! Ten minutes after we pulled in the lot, we were pulling back out. My husband said, Now thats MY kind of shopping! All in all it was an amazing shopping experience. I cant say enough good about them. My brother needs a stove, were going back this weekend! Thank you guys, great job!

I dealt with Jeff and he was amazing. My father is disabled and I had to buy washer, dryer over the phone and he was so accommodating and friendly and even sent me pictures of the items that were available. Recently purchased a refrigerator and the experience was horrible. The installers failed to hook the refrigerator correctly and didn’t line the handles up evenly on the door. A call was made to resolve what happened and I was spoken to rudely.

I recently purchased a new Samsung stove for my fathers home here in Florida. I shopped around at both Home Depot and Lowes ... not only did Appliance Direct have the same stove for less, but the delivery fee was also less AND they were able to deliver the stove the very next day! Unfortunately, because I was in a rush I purchased the floor model (which was new) and realized a few days after it was installed that the oven didnt work properly. I called the store and explained the problem ... two days later the stove was replaced with a brand new model. They couldnt have been nicer and their customer service was excellent! (I also appreciated the fact that they were following safety protocols both in the store and during the delivery). Thank you very much!

Our washing machine went, so we needed another one asap. Well Appliance Direct never disappoints, they had one and helped load the truck. Same day, fast service, not to mention amazing prices. The staff while only one person and very busy assisted us when needed. Nice guy without being pushy. Highly recommend unless you like paying more for the same name brands.

The person at the counter who claims to be the owner has NO buisness sense at all. My wife and I are in the market for a Samsung refrigerator. We were shopping at another store in the plaza there and decided to check out the store for the first time.(We are new in the area).Short story....this guy told us flat out I dont need your buisness nor your money. Apparently we must have been asking all the right questions and he must have felt intimidated. He said to us I am going to step over here and count up to ten. It is apparent that the man was uncomfortable with our questions. People, friends, neighbors, avoid a migraine headache. Check out reviews on Google but also on Yelp. You have been WARNED!!!!

I fell victim to advertising and decided to see what the fuss is all about. Arrived to the store in Palm Bay, heavy smell of cigarettes inside (not pleasant). Two employees seems okay - one made a failed attempted at customer service and never spoke again — reckon they’re there for the check. Very limited selection and nothing like the advertisement states. May save you a few bucks however the shopping experience isn’t pleasant. I ended up leaving empty handed - and the search continues.

Absolutely incredible! Customer service is wonderful. I had a new washer in my home hooked up within an hour of leaving my house to buy one. They even took my old broken one off my hands. Im absolutely amazed at how quick and painless this was. 10/10 the owner and his staff know what they are doing!

Our GE over the oven microwave died. Went directly here to purchase another with the features we have grew fond of... They had no over the stove GE microwaves but instead had Whirlpools with none of the options we wanted (1-6 minute express cook selections and foid cook buttons). Was told these were no longer available in microwaves... hmmm Decided to look around.Went across the street to Home Depot (where we originally purchased our 10 year old dead over the counter microwave) and looked in their appliance area and found a GE over the stove microwave with all the options we wanted and in the white as well for the same price as at Appliance Direct.We have purchased Appliance Direct units in the past and have been very satisfied with the multiple selections in stoves, refrigerators & dishwashers... But this time not so satisfied with their limited selection of over the counter micriwavedGlad we continued looking... Picture is of our old unit

We were looking for a washing machine because our old machine (bought at sears) was out of balance and shook violently when being used. My wife called Jeff and he not only stayed late to meet us on a Saturday night, he treated us with dignity and loaded the machine in our vehicle at 9pm by himself. The experience was pretty quick and easy working with GUY. His customer service is on point. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because no one familiarized us with the stove he sold us. So we got home and didnt know it didnt come with a plug. We figured it out. We would still recommend Appliance Direct.

My purchase from the Malabar store was the first I have ever made at an Appliance Direct store. They had the best price on the Kitchenaid refrigerator I had decided on and the quickest delivery date. Jeff Rock was very helpful and stayed past closing time to assist me. There was a major snafu regarding the delivery, but they made it right at their own expense. The delivery men were on time, friendly and also extremely helpful. They removed all of the protective wrapping and set everything up, which I appreciated.

Avoid this place. When I received a loud damaged refrigerator and wanted to return it Jeff the owner showed no empathy. I looked at another fridge in the store but it was also loud. I tried to order another fridge of a brand he said they carried. But he does the usual avoidance tactic of telling you to call the manufacturer.Once he has the money he could care less about the customer.In response to your reply: I never tampered with the fridge. I sent the pictures you requested.If you want to come get the fridge I would be willing to pay the restocking fee per your posted return policy.

Not sure what the business model is here. Mostly good prices. Inventory on the floor had a lot of dings and dents. Maybe that was the reason for some of the pricing? IDK. Felt like a used car lot, but Id still make a purchase if I found what I wanted.

Jeff was very helpful in sending a repairman out and after assessed the repairmen said it would be 3-5 days for parts. I contacted Jeff who immediately contacted whirlpool for an exchange. *This is Merritt island store* Absolutely, positively, a major headache in regards to getting called as to when it will be delivered. They say they call but your phone will get EVERY CALL but theirs. They deliver with incomplete parts, like fridge door handles, then they say they will get right on it and then you HAVE TO CALL THEM TO GET AN UPDATE or youre in the dark!! Absolutely the worst in calling for information and them needing to call you back. NOONE can look into what the last associate did with his customer. So, if your sales associate isnt there, the one covering will just hit you with uh, hes not here, let me look into it. *4 minutes later* yeah, Ill have to call you back after I look into it. Like there is some dark abyss that is impossible to wade through for information. Also, they dont measure doorways when they come to drop off/install the appliance and end up scratching and denting the appliance and they tell you 4-6 weeks for it to be replaced! Honestly, going to home depot or Lowes and getting new with everything intact is worth its weight in gold!

They are sometimes leasing you appliances without you knowing and they give you a run around after, telling you they cant take payments at the shop and telling you of a number to call to resolve the issue they caused....Had to just sacrifice and paid off everything over the phone who also agreed that what they are doing is wrong.
