Had my wife take our car in for estimate on this lil chip in our door to 3 different places,palm bay collision being the last one. First 2 companies said 400-600 bucks.Went to Palm Bay collision they did it for free. Got the color code from our Vin and mixed it up and applied it. Looks great from a distance until you get up on it,but I wasnt exactly going for factory finish,more along the lines of stopping further chipping and rusting.I am ABSOLUTELY glad that they were able to help us out and not even charge us,and gave us the little bottle of paint they mixed up.So I dont mind giving them 5 STARS and recommend them if nothing else for the service they provided that they could have charges for,speaks VOLUMES of the character and confidence in their abilities,cause frankly I was gonna do the same if I didnt get a price I was happy with.So Thank you Palm Bay Collision Repair.

I went to this place and I dont remember his name but the owner received me and he was very corteous and polite. He told me my car would take two weeks to be fixed and in around ten days it was ready. The job was amazing, like nothing had happened to my SUV. He and Vicky are very welcoming people, I hope I never have to need them again but if I need to fix my car again I will go directly to them first thing.

I had a dent in the back side of my car, a Lexus, and they fixed it and matched the paint perfectly. Mike, the owner, was so accommodating. He gave me a great price, provided a loaner car, and he detailed car and got rid of sunscreen stains on the drivers seat and most of the blood tiny marks on passenger seat. This is a lease so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on it so it worked out great. Much better than going to a dealer. Also the car he gave me to drive was a Ford Eco sport that he sells in another business. It was a great value with Apple play and lots of features. Throughout the process I was treated like I was their only customer! So friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Had my Ford Focus front end repaired following collision requiring crushed frame straightening and the cut off/replacement of welded front crossmember. After repair, PBC recommended I have alignment checked. Had alignment checked at Gatto Tire who advised that the alignment was spot on original factory specs - no charge! PBC does amazing frame work!

Mike took the time to go over each piece of work that needed to be done to return my 2011 Sienna to its best condition. Kevin the head mechanic working on my car kept me in the loop on progress and the vehicle i picked up looked and drove beautifully. Doing business at Palm Bay collision was an absolute wonderful experience! Everyone there was such a delight, very helpful and on top of things! The owner called me himself and asked me to come in and talk to him about what I needed done and not only did he bring the cost down but he also did a lot of extra things to make me more happier with my car all the way around. To top it off they also buffed my headlights and detailed my car (and it was a hot mess) they even clean out my trunk which was destroyed after I got a flat and the guy who put my spare on tore it apart! There were a few misunderstandings during the process, but with the constant contact of Mike and Julia everything was able to be resolved.
