They do not grease your suspension or steering in a $40 oil change. Its a truck repair center? Trucks have grease fittings! I found out the hard way. Worn dried out parts with premature failure. Never go here for service, they will short change you.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had dealing with a mechanic. Dishonest ripoff is what I experienced dealing with Anthony from this company. Anthony told me he replaced the pads on my brakes and my broken ball joints on my truck what actually happened was he sprayed WD-40 on it and took $3000 from me and did nothing. When I took my truck to an honest mechanic it was revealed that he had never replaced anything on the truck and lied about any repairs having been done. I am currently filing a lawsuit with this company I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

Took me right away without an appointment but charged me $60 to find and replace a blown fuse. :/

They were strait forward and honest about my truck and what it needed and did not need. They did quality work, for a fair price. They got it done relatively fast as well. Overall, I am very pleased. I highly recommend Malabar Automotive Truck and RV Repair.

Rescued! Broke down just off of 95 while traveling south. Had no idea who to call but took a chance on Malibar Automotive. Kelli was amazing! She was efficient, kind, and caring. The tech was great and came out to our vehicle to try and get it to start so we didn’t have to have a tow bill. Our vehicle was fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Malibar Motors since 2008. They have great Mechanics that are truthful, straight forward and care about their work quality. Karen and Mike are Amazing too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you need a local honest mechanic team, they will become your family as they have become MINE!

I have been a customer of Malabar Auto for over 10 years. One of my first experiences occurred when my car broke down in Jacksonville. The mechanic their said it was a oxygen sensor, and when replacing that didnt fix it said I needed a $3500 engine job.Id had a minor repair done at Malabar auto before, and felt that I was treated fairly, so I borrowed a truck rented a trailer,and hauled my car from Jacksonville to Palm Bay.Turns out the mechanic in Jacksonville hadnt installed the sensor properly (they didnt hook the wire harness up to it). A silly thing, but outside of my area of knowledge. They didnt even charge me for the repair. Mike has always treated my family extremely fairly, and honestly. Just recently my wifes ac had an issue, and a local mechanic in Orlando said the pressures where fine and couldnt find a problem. I took it down to Malabar automotive, they found it was just over charged, when they could have easily got me for a compressor. I still will bring my vehicles back to Malabar automotive from Orlando when I want it fixed right, for me its definitely worth the hour and a half drive.

Fed up with Gattos. Every time I take my car in for anything they quote me over $500 to fix. This final straw was my battery light. Quoted me $544 to fix it saying it was the alternator. I told them the belt was squealing,and if they could just replace it, and got a no we need to replace the alternator and the belt. Took it up the road to Malabar automotive and they replaced the belt for $60. Fixed my battery light for a fraction of the cost! Malabar automotive earned a new customer for life.

These guys did a great job on my jeep new wheel bearings up front fair price considering the cost of bearings I would go there again

This service shop takes a very long time to diagnose/repair a vehicle. I brought my vehicle to them 3 times (on 2 vehicles) before I figured that they dont know what theyre talking about and that they dont have the slightest respect for your money. They would like to make several repairs on your dollar before they ever, if ever, they fix the actual problem. I dont mind mechanics fixing the things that need to be fixed but it seems like they always need to fix 3 things to get any kind of progress. Although the young lady who handles the register is pretty knowledgeable and courteous, the shop staff and shop manager are condescending and do not respect the customer. They take the stance that they are always right and that unrelated repairs are always essential to the core problem. I think that if you needed an oil change, theyd tell you that you need a new exhaust manifold and air filter before its possible to do a proper oil change.

Staff is professional. Fixed my car in a timely manner. But the office AC was broke and it was HOT. Needs to be fixed.

The most incompetent worker Ive ever met in my life. Im 53, so its been a long life. Kyle was the menace that destroyed my truck, and the manager Scott Miller was defending the incomplete job done immediately without even hearing me out. Ultimately the ONLY remedy will be when the owner, the only one authorized, to handle my losses, when he decides to call me back. The fact is I paid for a lube, oil, filter service 30 days ago and for years theyve been doing what I believed was a lube, oil, and filter. Scott now says they dont check the rear differential when I asked. EVERY OTHER SHOP DOES! Even Jiffy Lube knows to check differentials on their oil change service. Its says that right on my invoices over 5 years. These are the only clowns that touched this truck. So its hard to pass it on to someone else. There was NO LUBE service done either, the zerks are rusted and sealed shut from never being greased in years. Scott says its just an oil and filter service. But on the invoice is says lube. Its convenient (lazy) to do a Honda with a sealed front end and no differential, but this is a C1500 truck, with grease fittings (11 of them) and a rear end that was NEVER serviced by this shop as advertised. In the end, my rear end after 130,000 miles when I believed the service was done, wasnt, my rear end is blown and ruined. The front end has play and pulls to the right, so I have worn front end parts from a lack of lubrication. I checked, I know. Ill get another shop to document this and sue this shop. I DO NOT recommend this shop. They also replaced my injector for $565 and in the end, Scott told me it wasnt the cause and had to do further repairs. Shouldnt the shop eat the loss for a misdiagnosis and installing a $328 part (3 hours labor) that I never needed? Too many blunders. Finally, the oil, was over 2 qts overfull. That was done a month ago and I checked it to see if I needed to add any, and found it overfull. Nice work Kyle. No, I wont be saying good things about this shop for a very long time until my losses are reimbursed. The other shop that I have taken this truck to today to document the problems, are a very long list of neglect. Shouldnt a shop that has replaced my tires, brakes, tune ups, and oil changes, be responsible to inform me of leaks and fluids that are very dirty? In 60,000 miles they never offered a transmission service. They never noted in the last visit or any other visit the severe wear on the shocks and suspension. If I could leave a lower mark than 1 star, I would.

They break your car and expect you to be ok with it! Worse mechanics ever. Go to Ganga on Palm Bay Rd. They know what they r doing and they actually care about their reputation enough to make sure the job gets done right! And Mike you accused me of slamming you on facebook and Craigslist. I hadnt thought of that. But when I get off here, Ill continue warning Palm bay residents to stay away from you and your crappy so called mechanics. And to the owner of Malabar Auto...You think you would wise up and realize this is a small town.You will eventually run out of ppl to screw over!!!! All you had to do was acknowledge your mechanic screwed up. you wouldnt even respond to the complaint filed with the BBB. Stupid mechanics, stupid managers and a really stupid owner! When I managed a store, we cared about our customers. Especially when it was our fault. We took responsibility and we rectified the problem! Cause we cared about our customers
