Lots of different items for a discounted price.

I shop this strip a few times a month. I often go from Ollies to Roses, Dollar Tree and Winn Dixie. I get anxiety every time I go into this place, few times decided not to go in. Its the employees. They have scrutinized me for using my own bag, and gave me a hard time about returning product w/recipt when the food was expired. Take my advise and just skip this store, its not worth the trouble.

Found a lot of nice home decor. Will definitely be back.

I like shopping here. They have different items in all the time it seems. For clothing, if you see it you better get it cause it might not be there when you go back again. This has happened to me a few time; leaned my lesson. I also purchased one towel just to see how it would hold up. And its holding up very well. I havent had such luck with a bed comforter I purchased, it fell apart in the washer/dryer. But I can find some good things here sometimes.

Decent choices of products at discount prices. Some name brand items as well as off brand. Great place to find holiday gifts as they have a little bit of everything. I bought a purse and scarf for my friends birthday and the total was under $20. She loved them so it was a win win for both of us. Ill be returning to do more shopping soon.

Love the store very nostalgic. They have just about everything. They play 80s music reminds me of Kmart back in the day. The staffs not rude its retail and Im sure the pay is. Its not Macys.

I bought a weighing scale from them exactly 30 days ago and yesterday it shattered into a million pieces all over my foot and the floor. I did not keep the recipient since it was only a weighing scale and did not think it would be of such bad quality. I have pictures of it shattered everywhere and a picture of my bank statment with the date and the exact price of the scale. I showed their manager who didn’t seem to concerned and who offered nothing. Every question I asked, she had to go in the back and ask someone else while I waited. The manager in the back with all the answers should have showed respect and came out and talked to me as a customer but instead had someone else do the talking for her. They weren’t the least bit of concerned about the issue and served as no help. She said they can’t prove I bought the scale even though I showed her the transaction with the exact amount and pictures of the exact scale. She also told me I should have brought her the million pieces of glass from the the broken scale so she could put them in a box and then she would give me a new one. Yeah I could have saved the pieces to bring back in but I obviously threw the glass away right away. I then proceeded to tell her that I wasn’t trying to be a pain but it was kind of ridiculous that they couldn’t give me another scale since this occurred. I did not care for my money back but for just another scale in return. She offered no help so I asked for their cooperate number and she proceeds to give me a fake number that does not work at all. Very unprofessional and I will not be shopping with them ever again! Avoid them, you can keep better quality for a few dollars more and better customer service.

Im soooo glad we finally got one in Fl close to our home! Its a 45 min drive, but well worth the trip there!! I always go to the Roses store in SC when I visit my parents and with ALL the great deals they have at their stores, I could spend hours in there!!

I am a person that normally sticks to the traditional or popular stores but when I found Roses I was shocked at how cheap and reasonable it was. They had great prices on almost every item and had a wide variety of items. I mean the only way you can beat getting a shirt for $3.99 is getting it for free. The store was really organized, the employees were friendly And it was really clean and user friendly. The only small issue I found was that the changing rooms were always closed and I had to get an employee to open it every time I wanted to used it. That was not much of an big deal breaker for me because with Prices so low and great service, I don’t mind waiting a few minutes for a door to be opened. It’s just that it would be less of an hassle for both parties.

This store is the best value in the area. Prices are cheap, many times that have name brand quality items at a fair price. I prefer over walmart because walmart is always crazy. Even if the prices is a few cekts higher I buy from Roses.

This place is joke I bought a vacuum and it doesn’t ever work and wouldn’t let me return the item screwed me out of money will never be back

Roses has become my most favorite place to shop. I always find things that I cant live without. The workers are friendly and always very helpful. I would reccomend ROSES to everyone.

If I could give this store and employees a negative -10 I would. I Purchased a few sports bras on Mother’s Day, unfortunately for me I didn’t try them on. Was not informed that the WILL NOT accept returns or exchanges or refunds on sports bras or anything of the sorts until I attempted to return them, TAGS STILL ATTACHED, the very next day. The older female cashier that was at the register was very rude and had ZERO customer service skills and was not apologetic at all. She insisted that when I purchased them that I was told I wouldn’t be able to return them. She went on to tell me that NO BODY, Target, Walmart, Kohl’s, Dillards, JcPennys etc, wouldn’t allow me to return a sports bra or any other type of undergarments or bathing suits which I know for a fact is FALSE! My husband and grandson were with me and this information was not stated for if it was I would NOT have made the purchase. No where on the registers or anywhere that we could see was there any type of sign stating they do not accept those types of returns.Long story short called corporate and will wait for them to get back in touch with me. We will only return to the store to get the older persons name so I can give it to the lady I spoke with at Corporate Mrs Reprise. If you want to be treated poorly by all means shop at this Roses Discount Store on Malabar Rd in Palm Bay Fl.

If I could give this store and employees a negative -10 I woul . I was in there a couple days ago buying water. I was followed around like I was stealing something . It was degrading. Im in that store once a week buying stuf . I complained but I didnt get a response.

Not high quality, but average, variety of clothing and households. What I like is the PET BEDS...priced at $5.00 all sizes, same stuffings as those at pet stores for $15-$19.00. I bought 6!! Most items comparable to prices and selections at Dollar General. BOTH stores serve a great need to our Palm Bay Community!

Post your credit card policy somewhere to potentially save your loyal customers some embarrassment.Most of our experiences at Roses are pleasant but theres a few crabby old bags here that have zero business being in customer service. In past visits I have purchased a damaged item or two or an item missing a piece. And they were always so kind as to discount it slightly to make up for it. The lady who went to price check a damaged item for me brought up a similar item to scan when I asked if they could take a small percentage off for the missing piece her reply was, well theyre on sale, sooo...no. 😒 fine.. Also just a warning since Roses does not have it posted, they wont accept your credit card if the name is not the same as the drivers license. Obviously this is to prevent fraud. My gripe is not the policy, its that the policy is not clearly posted and I was embarassed in front of a crowd of people over it. For those of us using a credit card with our husbands name on it, this was all insanely frustrating.

Low prices on cheap stuff, but by far the rudest associates in the world. Every time I go in there, they are beyond rude. I guess the low prices over-rides manners.

Their prices might be great but the store is filthy. On Wednesday the 13th of February I went to the Malabar road location. The fitting room was covered in layeres of dust around the mirrors, haning of of the top of the fitting roim wall and accumulated in the corners of the room along with the visible trash on the floor in the same fitting room. When I asked an employee if I could try on some outfits she said she was just going to get a broom to clean up the fitting room but she never did get the chance. Then she unlocked the fitting room door for me and I was shocked. This was not days or weeks but rather months of not being cleanedAfter the experience in the fitting room I had to use the ladies restroom. What I saw was something I had not yet seen before in a public bathroom. The handicapped toilet had overflowed its contents laying all over the floor all dried up because no one ever cleaned it up. It had been there so long portions of the floor had greened. The middle stall toilet was filled with urine and had fecal matter on the rim and the third and final toilet had feces on it. I was not able to use this bathroom at all.I am pretty sure that when my daughter and I walked in there where about 7 or 8 employees up in the front of the store. Why wasnt anyone cleaning up the filth?I guess what shoxked me was that these conditions did not arise in one day. These conditions are from day after day after day of neglectI just wonder where the employees go to the bathroom and who is the manager of this store.

Theres always a problem at this store. store is busy and most times one or two cashiers, most times I end up leaving merchandise in cart and leaving the store, I see other people do the same. Its disgusting buying clothes and then have to look for someone to open the fitting room. I never experience this in any other store. VERY DISGUSTING.
