My son and I rented a tandem kayak today from Palm Bay Marina. Service was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The rental was for 3 hours for $48. We paddled through Turkey Creek to the dam. We saw a few manatee and alligators. Turtles were ready for some hotdogs but I forgot to bring them. Nice, peaceful trip through the creek. Will definitely come again.

We rented a couple kayaks and took them out for the afternoon on Turkey Creek. We didn’t see a single turkey but we did see turtles, birds, jumping fish, alligators, and a dolphin. And then more turtles. We were paddling pretty steady on the way back from The Sanctuary and it took 1 hour. It was serene and peaceful.

March 2013 we lived in Melbourne and rented a little skiff from here. We went back into Turkey Creek and it was such a memorable day. My whole family had so much fun

We rented a double kayak from here ($38 for the day). It took about 30mins of paddling to get to the Turkey creek area, but there was a ton of cool stuff to see and I’d recommend renting here. Although it may be better to rent here and take it to the kayak drop off point.

They are so professional and courteous. They made buying our new boat a breeze. Offered a sea trial too. No dealer in Ft Myers offered us a sea trial before we bought a new boat. Highly recommend Boat and Motor Superstores at Palm Bay Marina.

Great place. They performed service work on my boat that was completed on time and actually under budget. The rack storage is really convenient and my family and I really liked keeping our boat there. The staff in the store and the yard are all extremely professional and always took great care of us and our boat.

I searched many boats and may different dealership both online and in person. PBM was by far the most helpful and understanding in helping me make a well informed decision. Nick Furrow went above and beyond to ensure I got the boat that I wanted...not just whatever they had to push like a lot of other dealers tried. I wound up ordering my new boat with the equipment, color and outboard that I wanted and Nick kept me informed on the ETA right up until delivery. Delivery then went smoother then expected as well, including an on water sea trial and then by providing me with even better finance options then I had pre arranged. Sandy took exceptional care of my finance requests and was able to provide me with the Yamaha factory extended warranty I wanted as well.If youre even just thinking about buying a new boat, Key West in particular, then look no further then Palm Bay Marina...

Ive got an update to my last review of Boat and Motor which is located at Palm Bay Marina. Brought my boat back to have them install a MinnKota Terrova with I-Pilot. They did a great job with installing everything, batteries, charger and all the wiring. Dave, the service manager is so easy to work with and stays on top of all the details. What a tremendous addition to an already great boat. You cant go wrong with a Carolina Skiff. And you cant go wrong with Boat and Motor Superstore

We rented a boat for the day and we got a fantastic deal, which was great but we were given a boat that had to be jumped (battery) before we left the marina then after we were out for about an hour and a half the battery died completely and we had to call and wait in a thunderstorm for them to bring us a new battery. Wasnt a great experience but after that we had a great time and the employees were extremely friendly and kind

I will never go back into the bait shop again. Walked in and got yelled at for being in there. There were no signs anywhere to tell us we couldnt go inside. Theres a way of talking to people and that was 100% wrong. Im sure their products are nice and they might have good deals but customer service is definitely something that need to be worked on there.

I have been over at Palm Bay Marina for 12 years and I love it. I have stored two of my boats there and I have had service done on both of them. The staff at Palm Bay Marina are fantastic people, the service is excellent and the marina is very convenient. When I was in the hospital for a few months they stocked my boat for me everyday and kept things looking good. To me this is the best marina around, everything is just wonderful.

I have been at Palm Bay Marina for a few years now and I love keeping my boat here. They have the best staff who give me the best service. They have done some work on my boat in the past and they have done an excellent job. I think they are just great, super nice and attentive, my boat is always ready when they tell me it will be and I really appreciate that. The convenience they offer is my favorite part, all in all it is the best marina to keep your boat.

I took a shot in the dark. I needed my shift shafts bushings changed on my mercury 2 stroke 225 efi (2001) and my engine wasnt idling much. They treated me well. I just got done running my boat all day, it shifted well and the engine never cut off. Im happy so far with their work. Ill be back..

This is the best place for renting kayaks to go into Turkey Creek. They provide life jackets, you can do 1 or 2 person kayaks or canoes, and at very affordable prices. Saw multiple gators (one was about 8-9 foot!), a manatee right up next to our kayak, and plenty of fish randomly jumping out of the water. If youre looking at this location for kayaking, just do it!

In from out of town and we had the most amazing time! We rented three kayaks and took them up to the sanctuary in Turkey Creek. Beautiful views and the kids had a blast! We would definitely rent from them again!

First time getting service done there and will be my last. 20 plus days for 3 hr repair. They only have one tech so you are at the mercy of his personal time off. All staff is very friendly however they do not provide you will status updates so you will be reaching out yourself for updates and they do not have call waiting so good luck with getting anyone on the line when they are busy. Even if you leave them with detailed information, they will not follow your request. And they will purchase parts prior to constenting with you which I thought was completely illegal but whatever. I can say I am pleased to have my boat back in good running condition but I am not pleased with the overall experience and I am also left with the burden of purchasing new mounting hardware for something that I had replaced that I was planning to keep and reuse or sell in the future...

Nice folks that do good business.We rented Kayaks to explore Turtle Creek Sanctuary and though one of the boats had a small hole in it causing us to cut our trip short we still had a good time and the staff was very helpful launching and receiving us back, they gave us certificates for a new trip next time, so they certainly made it right. Well definitely be back and if in need of other marina services will certainly use Palm Bay Marina.

Terrible marine service. Went in for a carburetor job and tune up. 7 visits and $2700.00 later, I need a new motor. Carbs done wrong, impeller and pump melted, all Work dine was poor quality. These people will not fix problems that they caused to my motor. It used to be a Yamaha 40hp now it is an expensive anchor. Dont go here for repairs. Bad experience is guaranteed, no matter what they say. 7 trips and no form of satisfaction, just insults from the management and wasted time. If they were honorable, this would not happen. If Janet were honest, I would talk to her.

Nice kayak and paddle place, but its not in the river but the manglar, the water is too dirty to fall. I would have liked it to be at the Indian river itself.

We asked for a pre-purchase inspection of a used boat. Tom was our mechanic and was fantastic. Found a number of issues that would have cost us over $800 to fix, let alone other issues that would have ultimately been long-term problems with the boat we were looking at. Professional, talked to us on our level, very thorough.

If they would make it easier to get fuel I would add the other star

Worst experience Ive had in years. I gave these people 4 Chances and each step of the way something went wrong or broke. Crew is unsupervised and Jennet the Lady running the place hasnt a clue to the work taking place or the quality control what so ever. THIS PLACE IS A BOAT STORAGE AND DOCK SLIP RENTAL ONLY.. Any type of quality work has left this place a generation ago.. The Founder of this Business would be very sad to know what become of it !!!

We used their rental service - considered kayaks but decided to canoe instead up the creek and had an awesome experience. The guys were great, the process was super easy, and it was a great value!
