Not too happy to learn on my visit that you have to bring in your own bag or purchase one.

Mary at Sally’s on Malabar is always so kind and very helpful. Big big thank you to her and the times she’s spent with me multiple times helping me get the right products & takes the time to actually explain how to use them. She’s great! She offered to even call a different location for me today to see if they had a particular toner I needed.

The service was friendly, clean, well organized. did not have the product I was looking for. recommend several others I recommend shopping this Sallys.

Ive been coming to this Sally for over 3 years is really nice and they are always so helpful.

Literally the worst sallys store I have ever been to in my life. Really don’t understand how all day every day every time I come in shelves are completely empty and employees don’t even bother to help look around or in the back for anything you need. This store has nothing in stock at any times

Phone number for curbside pickup hasnt been working for well over a week. Drove over 45 minutes for 1 item. Employee was super rude and not helpful at all. Poor customer service skills. Definitely never returning again lol

Sale associate was very helpful. Got a new product to lighten my dayghters hair.

A customer came in at the Palm bay one and asked if they had a specific item.. The manager( black lady) replied why is she back, I already told her it was a discontinued item. Instead she could have been more polite an showed her another product close to it. That she might have been interested in.

Love their products and prices but I don’t appreciate being followed around the store like I’m going to shoplift. I don’t plan on revisiting this store.

The staff here can be hard to find sometimes, which shouldnt be an issue because its a small store. Dont ask serious beauty questions, they arent experts. Selection is always good.

I LOVE this particular Sally Beauty Supplies store. I have been going to this store for @ the min 5 years. Not once has any employee ever be rude & each employee has always taken their time to help me find products as well as answer questions even about products not sold in their stores. The same is true when I will call there with a question.I would also like to I do not get special treatment because they know me. I do not visit the store enough to have the familiar face aspect. LOL.If you have a choice I highly recommend this Sallys.

Hair coloring needs are superb and the ladies are very helpful.

The older lady with the whiteish short hair is rude. Everytime I’ve gone in there she doesn’t really care about manners and is not approachable. Always seems to care about talking to the other worker instead of just answering customers questions. It’s annoying and rude.

Shelves not stocked...no inventory...

Will not be returning here again. One of the staff members was extremely rude and miserable. Horrible customer service.

They never have nail inventory in stock. Shipment is alway coming.
