Id be lost without them its a great place for professional hairstylists where everything is at our fingertips Great service and VERY AWESOME manager I love this place

Okay so I go in yesterday Saturday August 3rd. And I was looking around because I looked up nearby places with nail stuff. Of course they popped up so I went over there to check it out. Now I go in I start looking around Im in there for a good 20-25 minutes. I then proceeded to the cash register to buy my stuff and he says have you registered with us? Of course no I havent because I didnt think you needed to. He then informs me that I would have to register and give my license Im guessing my cosmetology license. Of course Im like I dont have one and he says that you have to have one to shop there. Im like obviously I dont have that license and why do you guys not have anything on your door that States that? Or even let a b**** know that when they walk in I just wasted 25 minutes of my life in here. I was so mad so freaking mad. I let him know like to put a sign up or something because how is the general public supposed to know that? So anybody reading this you got to have a license and if this is Corporate or whatever the owner please just put a sign up I mean Im pretty sure your shop is like regulated or something where the prices are low so thats why you have to be licensed but dang man that sucked.

In response to Ms. Jennifer Jones..there has ALWAYS been a sign posted on the door stating License Required. Dont fault anyone else for your inability to read thoroughly.🤷🏿‍♂️

The staff at this location is ridiculous and unprofessional. I went in to purchase some products and showed my license number and They told me i needed to have the actual card in order to purchase. Every store i go to i just show the number because i dont carry the card because i have lost it several times and this is the first store that didnt let me purchase it. I am actually going to contact corporate because if i have my license number i should be able to purchase my products!!!
