Placed an order a week ago to be delivered on 2 14.. Waited all day for items to show. Delivery man shows up at 730 pm with order ticket but nothing for my order.. Sara the manager says the order was missing items and what not... How come no one call me the day before or whenever they knew items where missing to let me know... I had cancelled all plans just to sit and wait all day for these people to show up or call me back... Would not recommend at all... Was my first and last time using then

I love this place so much. I don’t know if they have fairies who plant and make their fruit but it is always, ALWAYS delicious and so sweet and always ripe. They cut all the fruits into beautiful little shapes and make them into gorgeous bouquets 💐 I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to give a gift that means something special and can be appreciated through their taste buds then trust me they will feel and taste how much you love them through Edible Arrangements!This location serves smoothies made of fresh fruits and a variety of fresh fruit desserts guilt free indulgence.

We had 2 smoothies, 1 banana and 1 ban-straw today. The gal brought out the ingredients and made the smoothies in front of us. They are not pre mixed and brought out to be mixed with ice. Talk about fresh and delicious!The store was exceptionally clean, no stains or stickiness on the floor, and well maintained! I will be going back.

I visited this location earlier in the year in a last minute rush for a birthday gift and I was not disappointed! Fresh Fresh Fresh. I visit them every week now with my family because once I stopped inside it was brought to my attention that they make smoothies. I love to give credit where it’s due and this is a great store with a great staff!!! YOU GUYS ROCK EDIBLES!!!

Horrible service. They messed up my delivery that was a surprise birthday gift. Out of 3 items I ordered, they only delivered 1 of them. When I called, it was like they didnt believe me. They called the driver who admitted he still had the other 2 items in his van. I called and was to receive credit for those 2 items. A week later still no credit. Called again and was told they would have to speak to manager and if I dont hear back from them in 48 hours to call again. Im done wasting my time calling these people. I put in a dispute with my credit card company. I should not have to pay delivery on this order.. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP.

I have been trying to call them for 2 days now and no answers. I go there and door is locked but says its open. There is no one there during the hours of business. There was no sign saying they stepped out or saying closed due to covid19. All it said was the hours, to wear a mask and only one person at a time. Crazy

Order my mother in law an arrangement for mothers day a month ahead of time but surprise they are closed. They never called nor emailed me to let me know they were not going to deliver it. The worst part is I never got a refund. I called the day after it was to be delivered and no answer so I go down to the store and its locked tight. No cooperate number to call. The only thing you can do is call a store nearby to get vague answers. I called them they promised my refund would show on Wednesday. It didnt. Called them Wednesday for another manager to tell me that the refund should have been processed the day after I paid for it last month. I go through my bank statements and it wasnt. I call them back and he then said well it should be in by Friday if its not then give them a call back. What a joke!!!

I hardly ever write a negative review, however, I would love to save someone else time, money and Having a bad experience. I’ve been to this place a few times with my family or by myself and they never have any fruits, the staff it’s very unfriendly, apparently they’re not happy at work since they hardly have any energy to walk around or to speak. I’m a business owner myself and customer service it’s more important than anything else and in this case it’s awful and on top of that they don’t have the any fruits. Really bad business, I hope whoever owns this business look at the reviews and do something about it. I’m done with this store I would not go back and I don’t suggest anybody to waste your time here.

Ordered online for delivery for my fiance, then called the store to verify details. The man was not very friendly and informed to next time I should just order by phone instead of online. I got an email at 1:02 stating your order was DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY. An hour goes by and I havent heard from my fiance so I called front desk of business it was delivered to and they state it had not been received. Worried now that it was misplaced or taken by someone else at his place of employment, i text him (RUINING THE SURPRISE OF COURSE) to see if he received it and he had not. I called the store and spoke to a girl this time, who informed me that it was in transit at this time. I told her I got an email an hour ago stating it had been successfully delivered but he had not received it. She said that email meant it was out for delivery. Delivered successfully and out for delivery are two different things. After ruining the expensive surprise and the the miscommunication from the company, its safe to say I will not order from this location again.

Horrible customer service. I walked in at 11:10 in the morning. The girl at the register (with a nose ring) looked really tired. She told me they didn’t have any fruit ready and it would take 15 minutes to make a smoothie because she just opened up even though the sign says they open at 9. I do not recommend the location. They only have 2 fruit options in the few times I’ve been there but with bad customer service I had today the location should close.

I definitely was not a fan of my first experience with this new location. An order from Edible Arrangements is my go-to gift for birthdays, mothers day, newborns, and just because. I was excited about this location opening on Malabar Road because it is closer to my home and I figured I wouldnt have to spend the extra $15 for delivery as often as I typically do. My cousin welcomed her first baby on Wednesday the 17th, so after seeing they close at 6pm I stopped into this location on Thursday the 18th around 5:50pm on a whim to see if they had any fast fruit that I could bring up to the hospital. There was an employee helping another customer, once she finished I inquired about an arrangement. She showed me the one arrangement available, it didnt look very fresh so I said no problem I wasnt really expecting them to have anything but wanted to check. I told her I would order online for another day. On the morning of Tuesday the 23rd I put in an online order for pickup at 6pm. Almost immediately after submitting my order I received a phone call from an employee at 8:49am telling me that the store closes at 6pm and asking if it would be okay to change my pick up time to 5:30pm. I told the employee I selected 6pm because only half hour timeslots were available but I planned on being there around 5:45pm. She said that was okay and told me she would change the pick up time to 5:30pm just so there was a time to have the order ready by. I said that was fine. At 4:30pm I received another call from an employee (not sure if it was the same as from the morning call) telling me that my arrangement was ready and wanting to know when I would be picking it up because they close at 5pm. I said they close at 6pm and explained that I even spoke to an employee on the phone in the morning that asked to change my time to 5:30pm. This employee reiterated that they close at 5pm and that my pick up time was inputted as 5pm not 5:30pm. I explained that wasnt my fault because I had given permission to change it from 6pm to 5:30pm and that I would not be able to be there until 5:30pm. I was again told that they close the doors at 5pm almost everyday. I said online their hours are until 6pm and even their door reads until 6pm. I also brought up the fact that I had stopped in the previous week right before 6pm and there was an employee and another customer. I was told that they only stay open longer on occasion to meet business needs. Well imagine my confusion at that point. I thought me having placed an order that morning, already paying for the arrangement, and selecting a timeslot that was available on their website was a business need. I was told that they close as 5pm but they could probably stay until 5:30pm for me to pick it up. The tone from the employee was that she was very annoyed. I ended up calling a friend to pick my order up because I felt pressured to get it quickly. Mind you I am NOT a complainer. This is my very first bad review. I wont even send back wrong food, but this just really rubbed me the wrong way. I felt like the employee is used to getting off at a certain time and most likely had made plans and was trying to make sure she got out by the time she wanted to, but at my expense. The arrangement itself was correct but I will not be using this location again.

Our 17 year old shih tzu, Molly, crossed the rainbow bridge on Jan 25th. This was a perfect way to thank our vets and staff at Animal Hospital of Palm Bay for their compassion and care for all those years. Thank you!
